the story which initially police had raise appear to be close to reality. police initially had said that one servant of Dr. Talwar i.e. vishnu may be the killer as he had removed him from the job and he replaced by his own recommended part time servant hemraj. that story should be probed.

If killing was the motive and Vishnu was the one who killed why did he drag Hemaraj's body, covered it, locked the stairs? He would have killed and gone.
but neither have the skills nor the talent to do so. I had expected a lot more from IPS officers as they are supposed to be to rankers in Civil services exams and have good educational background. The comments about "character" and friendship being termed as extra-marital affair is understandable from lower level cops but not from the IPS. UP police force had become extremely rotten during Mulayam Singh's misrule with even dacoits, I hear , being inducted as cops at lower levels. Unfortunately for them - they could not use their standard tactics to frame Dr Talwar because Talwar has started to get sympathy from common people because the case look like a frame up done extremely incompetently. I just hope CBI finds the guilty person so justice is done to Aarushi and Hemraj. If Dr Talwar is guilty - hang him - but do not punish him before finding him guilty. He has lost his daughter which is the worst nightmare for any father and being wrongly framed is worse.

Police force is in not totally autonomous and allowed to function freely. They us under tremendous pressure from various quarters. They don't have trained personnel to handle many cases. Trained personnel have enough and more to chew. Simply blaming police force does not help. The reformation of police force is a political activity. Police department is not in control. They are functioning with hands tied, hence, many a times we see such lapses. This is not the first time and first place such things have happened. Think of Gujarat, Maharastra and many other states where a lot of people are killed in fake encounters. No wing of Indian Public life and administration and governance is corruption free. Legislature, Judiciary as well as Executive are corrupt. Look at the way our parliamentarians conduct. Look at the way some of our judges conduct, similar story is of executive that involves Police force.
when the police failed to open the doors to the terrace, they commited their first blunder--they were quick to blame hemraj--when the body was found later on the same terrace which they overlooked, they had to find some suspect--the shameless media is also responsible for spewing trash and nuturing unsubstantiated allegations.

Probably police were misled by Talwars or bribed by them. Police just believed in what Talwars told and did not search and secure the house or they were bribed by Talwars to cover up. When the case came under media scanner both Talwars as well as police were caught on a wrong foot.
when arushi case happened why noida police nit sealed her home immediately ? why arushi P.C taken after a week in police custody ? why narco test not taken to arushi mother and father after 1 or 2 days?? shy arushi mother not crying for her baby ?

Yes what is the use of giving oxygen to a man when he even has no strength to take it in.So only competent citizens should sit at high levels,only those who can keep their lower subordinates tamed and sincere in their duty.Then only will the nation see light of justice in the society.

Why is the Narco test given the last chance when all know that it brings out facts from all the tricky horses mouth.Why is so much of money spent waste on lengthy investigations.If the test can reveal all the hidden and destroyed facts why the delay.No wonder the victims or the accused die before justice is done through courts.what a shame!
