all this efforts / crores of expenses / getting indepted to US for a long time, just for an 6% of our total energy needs...
But no debate had been organized in which eminent scientists can speak about pros & cons of the issue...thats the sad point.

Dear sanjay so what if its 2050? why not explore the other alternatives if they could provide for higher energy output & consumption (including solar, thermal)? why not invest in them? Dont live in fools paradise and think as if US is doing india a favour...
Our PM & his pro american collegues are walking into the US trap and are helping in the formation of the modern East India Inc, headquarted in washington...
Wake up and analyze the pros & cons rather than just parroting the words of these US agents...
Have you noticied the reservations & concerns expressed by many nuclear scientists including Mr.Chidambaram the former atomic energy agency?
Whats the govt response to them? Nothing...
So, better dont have any great expectations from these deal...
