The problem is with our race -- As long as people are Hindus they can't stop pulling each others legs. Once they become converts Muslims/Christians the y become fanatics. Even so called moderate Christians caused banning of Da Vinci Code which could never be banned in North/South America or Europe. If you just paint Jesus somehow they feel sentiments are hurt where as in America and Europe Jesus jokes are common. Whereas its a proven fact that in Pakistan/Bdesh/Kashmir or any Muslims country there has been slow decimation of Hindus for yrs and nobody even talked abt the killings.

The terrorism should not be connected to religions. Treat it as an offence against the NATION. Let there be strict laws to handle the terrorists.
Our rules for policing are framed long ago which suit the time it enacted. The Law depends on the parameters of the offence and offenders. As time pass on and the parameters are changing we must go for amendments to the existing laws. If need be we go for enacting another law. Even a child knows that the parameters of offence and offenders are changed in the last couple of years. One government passed a law according to the parameters prevailed at the time. Next government withdraw the law on some pretext. May be on political reasons. The offender strikes back. Then cry foul!! What a political crap? Sanctioning some payments to the family of deceased etc is of no matter after the loss of precious life. Do something to protect the life and property of the citizens for which people elected them. The government should open its eye and bring in LAW according to the current parameters of offense and the offender. One can not face a man holding gun with bow and arrow!! Mere speech will not work. If need be let the Constitution be amended.

Many men came to India not for holiday moons. They came here for business. We have the story of business men became rulers. But our culture allowed them to stay here and get dissolved in the mass. The Muslims you mention are also Indians by constitution and by BIRTH as their forefathers were Indians. I am sure they will get dissolved in due course. Let Unity in Diversity be the slogan. Have you heard of wild elephants. They are brought to the village and tamed. Be calm. Think of India and Indians. Think of solutions in line with the Constitution of India.
to stop terrorism and specially clandestine support and sympathy for terrorists by their community I have a solution/suggestion. whoever is found in anti-national/terrorist activities he should be publicly hanged BUTTT his family should also be thrown out of India. complete family. We should make it a compulsory law. No human rights no bullshit...whole family will have to leave India. then such terrorists will think twice before commiting such crimes. Now most important...we should also have a clear definition of being "anti-national, and terrorist"....only bombing public places is anti-national? no..terorrism with anti-national effects also means threatening a particular minority using law and order, creating riots and genocide, in the name of "freedom of speech" deliberate humiliation of a particular community or religion ( which will consequently lead to communal tention and further creat more terrorism ) so DIRECT TERRORISM...and INDIRECT TERRORISM are equally hazardous and should be equally punished. Law and order should be same for all.
