Nobody is even bothered about the man who was killed for absolutely no reason...Sitting in his country during an apparent peace time. Dont we want to know his name or whether he deserved to die? Doenst his son want to know who killed him and why? Why dont we ask a few questions!!!!!

Absolutely right. But you don't ask questions to dumb politicians. They are masters in playing politics even with the lives of people who sacrifice everything for the nation's security.
Look at the way turkey retaliated for twin blasts with air attack on northern Iraq and killed many kurdish rebels. Indian weaponary/logistics are million fold superior than turkey. But why they are not retaliating. Is it just a soft corner for islamic cult followers to get some votes in the election. These brainless politicians should understand that terrorism is like cancer it can kill one day the whole country and then where will this politicians form the government when there is no country. Better now or never u get a chance. Have some love for this great nation called India.
Believe it or not, an infiltrator with a Pakistani passport had gone to the extent of contesting the Assam Assembly polls in 1996. This unprecedented incident was brought to the fore by the two judgements passed by the Gauhati High Court that ordered deportation of 50-odd illegal Bangladeshi settlers recently.
The hard-hitting court order by Justice BK Sharma alluded to the case (Md Kamaruddin, reported in 2000 (2) GLT 79), in which the petitioner, an infiltrator with a Pakistani passport, contested the 1996 Assembly elections in Assam from the Jamunamukh constituency.
Terming the incident as something that “can happen only in Assam”, the court said, “The petitioner was in possession of a passport issued by the Pakistan Government, on the strength of which he travelled to Dhaka in Bangladesh from where he sneaked into Assam and even contested the election.”
This leaves little doubt as to the sinister designs behind the unabated cross-border influx – that is to wrest political control from the indigenous populace. In a significant observation, the court noted, “If the phenomenon of cancerous growth of Bangladeshis continues, the day is not far off, when the indigenous people of Assam, both Hindus and Muslims and other religious groups, will be reduced to minorities in its own land and the Bangladeshis, who are freely and merrily moving around the fertile land of Assam, will intrude upon the corridors of power.”

How Congress has a Nepali Citizen as a Minister in Assam cabinet -
New Delhi, April 28: The CBI informed the Supreme Court today that controversial Assam MP Mani Kumar Subba’s birth certificate and several other documents — submitted to the Election Commission to prove his Indian nationality to enable him to contest general elections — appeared to be fake.
Additional solicitor general Gopal Subramanium told the court — which had asked the CBI on January 20, 2005 to look into allegations that lottery king Subba was not an Indian national — that several documents, including Subba’s birth certificate, were “not genuine” and appeared to have been forged.
The CBI observations have come as a blow to the ruling Congress in Assam with the party having started preparations for the Lok Sabha elections.
A lottery baron, Subba is known to be the key fund-raiser for the party.
A senior Congress leader, who did not wish to be named, said the development had come as a huge embarrassment for the party and particularly those who had all along been backing Subba. “The current state leadership was not at all happy over the role that Subba had been playing.” The Nepal government had earlier said Mani Raj Limboo alias Mani Kumar Subba was a resident of village Somangkhu, ward 8, Sangsabu, Tamarkhola area gram panchayat, district Taplejung, Eastern Nepal.

Tripura minister accused of helping a Bangladeshi Militant resigns, gets CPM's clean chit Agartala, Sat, 19 Apr 2008 NI Wire
In an unprecedented move the CPM on Friday gave his party’s virtual clean chit to the CPI-M leader, and Tripura’s Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sahid Chowdhury just a day after he submitted his resignation on account of his alleged links with a suspected militant of Bangladesh based Harkat-ul-Jihadi Islami (HuJI) organisation.
Although Choudhary said the allegation was baseless, but he was submitting his resignation following an inquiry to facilitate a free and just investigation because he did not want further his name to be linked for playing with facts and interfering in inquiry.
“I have decided to resign from the ministry to uphold high moral values and for the sake of an independent investigation," Choudhary was quoted as saying.
The inquiry was placed after the Leader of the Opposition Ratan Lal Nath a Congress leader complaint to Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on April 07 for the minister’s illegal assistance to Mamun Mian, alias Suman Majumdar, supposedly a member of HuJI and demanded his resignation and an institution of an independent inquiry.

The court also came down heavily on corrupt and inefficient government officials and police besides political parties which makes it possible for the illegal migrants to have easy access to vital documents such as ration card, voters’ list and even passport.
“The discrepancies (in the documents) are so glaring that it cannot escape the notice of any prudent man, more particularly, the authorities of the Regional Passport Office entrusted with the solemn duty of issuing passports to genuine Indian citizens,” adding that the police was equally callous in not noticing the anomalies in the documents provided by the illegal Bangladeshi settler.
“If the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India are being upheld in the above manner by the authorities entrusted with the task, it is easily conceivable as to what is in store for Assam,” it said.
The court also observed that “some political parties have been encouraging and even helping illegal migration with a view to building vote banks…Moreover, with corruption being all-pervasive, corrupt officials are bribed to provide help.”
The developments make it clear that the infiltrators are not only consolidating their numerical strength in Assam but are also having a major impact on the political process, especially in the matter of electing public representatives.
The best solution to end the conflict between India & Pakistan :
Catch all the politicians from India & Pakistan and bury them alive. Because of the political play, the innocent people of both the countries are massacred and both the nations blame each other and spend money on purchasing arms & ammunitions which inturn is procured from the develeoped countries like America, Europe, France etc. This leads to economic development to the developed countries and make the developing countries poorer & poorer and these countries are always at the mercy of the developed countries.

Hi guys! I am quite surprised to read every one want to go and attack Pakistan and finish once for all. If that would have been so easy it would have been done long back. Gone are the days when you can attack anyone unless you are powerful country like America. But today America is also not in a position to carry out a war. With their economy down...they will think twice before helping anyone. War nowdays involve Trillions of dollars expense (inlcuding damage). Every country is attached to one another in some or the other way. If ppl on this board think Pak has support of US my view is we have support of Russia, Japan and Germany. Having said that, I am not in favor of any war but over defensive is also a week policy. Lets shoot 1 bullet for every four received but the one we shoot should be so strong that its impact should be till Islamabad. Let us tell this world we are "loving humanity" but if anybody try to disturb our peace we will no tolerate beyond alimit. This is the strategic move by Pakistanis to fire and divert attention to fake firing so that the terrorist trained at pakistan can sneak into our Country. Its very well planned move which I guess our smart Army, police and so called Intelligence bureau will be able to crack up. We seating in our office cabins here can only say lets attack but it take more courage and determination to face the death. Lets think of a move through which our enemy also gets killed and we dont waste bullets Jai Hind

Rathore,Talking like slumish, who say "Jai' for politician will never make any sense. Use the brain to foresee the pros&cons of action. Any opinion against your will not become a pakisthani opinion. Appreciating Jaiprakash's for sensible thought.
Our Govt.s be it UPA or NDA their reluctance to Smash Pakistan is understandable since they are nuclear armed but wats wrong in smashing Bangladesh. I wonder why our Intelligence people keep showing or saying it all on TV's about Bangladesh involvement every now and then. Are they showing us that how big idiots they are that after having so much evidence they wont take any action and just watch. Bomb Bangladesh and the message will be automatically delivered to our wester neighbor.
