Preventive arrests are misused very often. These must be made justiciable. Courts must examine whether the preventive detention was indeed warranted. In case, it was found by the courts that such preventive arrests were unwarranted or were done with illegal motives, the concerned officials (not the constables who carry out the orders) must be penalized. Public apologies must be published by the concerned governments in at least one national newspaper and another local newspaper which is circulated in the area where such preventive arrests were made.
I suggest some knowledgeable person summarise the misdeds of congress/nehru/ gandhi /and subsequent congress rulers qand publish an encyclopedia , which will stop congress and its self interested/blind followers`to blabber illogically!

Shameful is the fact that we are here to keep on taking up any sh8t of these people, be it continous bombing and threat to national security..shivraj patil will sleep, BJp will call it work of opposition, and these nautankis like mayawati will keep on rolling on the cost of public money .... almost each of them today deserve to be hanged till death on some lamppost of every city of India to mark the real independence of the nation. India never looked so helpless, dirty and porous which its looking today....its high time to award death sentence to all these politicians who have crossed all limites of shamelessness and bottom.

This lady is the CM in UP and it is showing how much of a pain on the back side she be to the UPites. Imagine if she comes close to being in power in the center then what sort of a mayhem will she create. Imagine Modi or Yediyurappa arresting any other political leaders for their support for the cause of the local; what a furore it would create nation wide. Clearly Mayavati's politics is as dirty as herself.
