POTA will become a terror tool in the hands of administration. Look at our systems - Judiciary, enforcement, or any govt. department for that matter. We need to focus on better governance. Bring the disgruntled individuals into main stream and stop appeasement/divisional politics

Atleast a law in place is better than no law at all. How do you govern without laws...POTA should be brought back and Congress should look beyond apeasing muslims and Terrorists for vote bank. Eg. every single person who was seen celeberating on Amarnath land Transfer revocation should have put in jail...

Misusers of POTA, (including politicians and law enforcers) should be brought to book under a new MPOTA (Misusers of POTA).

George, Hindu chahe jis bhi liye paida huye, pr tujhe and tujh jaise insaano (shayad) ko paida karke upar wala bahot pachtaya hoga.
The need of the hour is Crisis Management of the highest degree: 1) Declare emergency. 2) Today itself get the fresh TADA bill passed through President’s proclamation 3) Round up all the Muslim mischief elements, including the … across the country on the slightest pretext of doubt and put them behind the bars. 4) There is a law according to which all those found to be anyway connected to the anti national elements or found to be helping or giving protection to such elements or providing shelter to them in their homes will also be treated as anti national elements. 5) A special tribunal to be set up to take up the matters related to these elements and judgment be delivered maximum within a month , with a minimum punishment of extradition to the country of their choice Pakistan or Bangla Desh or face execution . 6) STOP, all so called CMB measures like sending Muslims across the Border by train or Bus to Pakistan or Bangla Desh. It was the worst mis-adventure experienced by the country. 7) There are still many Muslims who have softer corner with Pakistan or Bangla Desh Let them be evacuated immediately. 8) You are all welcome to contribute the best possible suggestions.

17 Wait for the next Avatar to come and fix up the things, till then give license to these dirty, corrupt, power hungry, politicians (all the parties - BJP, congress, SJP, RJD, communists) to screw up the country. There should be a revolution and it should start with punishing all these politicians for screwing up the things completely.
The training the police get is rather poor. Any eveidewnce on the crime scene should be picked up with gloves. Did you notice that none of the policemen handling diffused bombs, unexploded cars and cycles used bare hands. They have lost the finger prints of the bomber which could have later been used to identify them. If there is a will to catch and convict them then DO IT THE RIGHT WAY.
