Today in democracy media has too much power. Because people (including me sometimes) never analyse the news. People just believe whatever is written as truth.
Media can tranish a person's image and make him to take suicide pill or rise a person to the clouds without much effort. Media can devastate a family and childrens of such family can get mentally unstable.
Media doesnt tolerate any person who criticize them. If media dont like you they can always paint it black anything you do. Media has uncontrolled power and its misuse is very rampant.
If any one (say God) offer me unscrupulous power I certainly reject it. Because the moment I have so much of power I will have too much of responsibility and too many judgements to make which is a headache. Also because of lack of maturity I may use it in wrong way. So I rather have limited power and do my duty and pray God to help me.
As some one said you dont need any qualification to become reporter or a columnist. Hence lot of journalists without much qualification or maturity just write whatever they feel or partial in nature.
Hence media should controlled with some strict rules. Without evidence or authenticated or responsible source they should not write anything. No rumours and speculations. If anything they wrote is proved wrong they should apologize on the same page number, font, size, space covered for the original article.
The terrorist have hit Hyderabad,Bagalore when it was under Congress,Maharashtra where CM is form Congress,J&K till recently ruled by Congress& UP that had a government before dumped in last elections supported by Congress.Shall we assme that they all were open to terrorist attacks by keeping quite or Modi has become a taget because he dared them?It is time media stop running a campaign nothing short of being antination.

and congress centralgovt. is not allowing powerful tool/act like POTA forgujrat. the act is waiting for there approvalsince last 4 years. give such tool to modi & then see his management.
MKS Naredra Modi, has brought immense misfortune to Gujarat as CM; except his media management, where he is portrayed as "Lucky"CM.
His luck has ran-out with almost half of the BJP MP's rovlting against his ugly face of fake Hindutava and aptly demostrated it during the Vote of Confidence at the Parliament on 22nd of this month.
The serial Bomb blast is another of example of his failed admiminstration and corruption in his council of Minister, who are busy in looting the people of Gujarat, especially poor and uneducated Hindu's.
Off-course, he is the prized manupulator of RSSSanghParivar, in line with LK Advani.
The more garbage Rediff prints about Modi, the more it makes people like me support him -- and I'm an atheist, not a Hindu. There is of course a well-founded suspicion that self-styled "media outlets" like Rediff will try to declare certain peoples' glass half-empty, while declaring their opponents' glass half-full. Rediff always proves such concerns right, with their slanted coverage, which anyone with even half a brain could notice. Gone are the days when people will accept any nonsense being shoveled down their throat by biased reporting. Rediff just doesn't seem to understand that.

I totally endorse ur views. The more Rediff carry on false propaganda against Modi, my support doubles. Shame on Rediff & other media people who are always biased.
"The chief minister has been receiving flak from the media", wrote A Rediff Correspondent. That means that Modi has been receiving flak from Congress Party workers. Big deal. Is that news?
The INDIA and INDIANS is not soft on TERROR. But it is the foolishness of our spineless leadership of political fraternity that has been not only been soft but also careless to the importance of SECURITY of the citizens from TERRORISTS. These Terrorists know that if they attack the politicians then they will be in trouble, so they go on attacking the innocent civilians because for that they will not be punished. There is no strong law like that of TADA to take action on them. Now, If the citizens take the authority in their hands then the Gujarat riots will be repeated. America has not yet forgiven these potential terrorists and their supporters for the mistake committed by them to attack them on their soil. These spineless politicians of India have no care for those who send them to the corridors of Power but have complete soft corner for the Pakistani Jihadis and terrorists. This is our ill luck..! GOD SAVE OUR COUNTRY BY GRANTING THE BASIC SENSE OF WISDOM TO OUR SPINELESS LEADERS...!
