CNN-IBN has the video tape which shows bribe being offered to change last weeks vote that saved the government..
So in order to divert the investigation of this corruption against MMS they had to have not 1 but 2 bmb blasts..
Why now? Why after the vote of confidence? And wy after the CNN-IBN tape scandle?
The truth has got lost in the passion which we see in all the bloggers on this forum...
I think the terrorists win if we forget the last weeks corruption scandle...
Please pass on this message and keep the corruption debate alive.. Send emails to congress controlled media.. Tell them that U have not forgotten MMS givernment's corruption...
TORONTO: Spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has urged Muslim leaders in India to isolate "misguided elements spreading terror in the name of religion".
Strongly condemning the bomb blasts in Ahmedabad and Bangalore, Ravi Shankar of the Art of Living Foundation said Indian people can no more tolerate violent acts of terrorism.
"In a statement from Montreal, he called upon community leaders to help maintain peace and calm.
Referring to the Indian Mujahideen that has claimed responsibility for the attacks, Ravi Shankar asked Muslim leaders "to play a pro-active role and isolate the misguided elements spreading terror in the name of religion".

Does Ravi Shanker know what is in Koran and what is Islam all about? The entire religon ( I should say cult)has hijacked more than billion people and this is what Ravi shanker should address OK.
Mr. Raman's premise that BJP states are being targeted and his assumption about motivation being India's biases criminal-justice system need to be questioned.
The scale of operation, as evident now and the array of equipment used: pots, tiffin boxes, cycles, cars etc point to a carefully planned and executed operation, and which may still be in progress.
The error Mr. Raman is making are two fold. By alluding to criminal-justice system he is unwittingly identifying Muslims with terror. They are also victims here.
Second he is implicitly assuming that motivation is political and not strategic. Almost as if they are a 'corrective' force. The sophistication of the operation suggests otherwise. This sophistication suggests that the targets may have been chosen precisely to convey the opinion which Mr. Raman has concluded; while their intent could be to enlarge scope step by step to destabilise the nation.

By invoking Mahatma Gandhi, by requesting for RAF and other central forces, by appealing for peace and Hindu-Muslim amity, Gujarat CM has shown able leadership and has been able to contain the communal conflagration. This effort by our police-justice system is indeed commendable.

A morbid human heart can melt. When it melts, it anneals and becomes as strong as tempered steel.

"By alluding to criminal-justice system he is unwittingly identifying Muslims with terror. They are also victims here."
You're wrong in the first part. Not unwittingly but very willingly and correctly. The second part yes, bombs don't ask one's religion before striking him/her.
Unless we bring to book the accused who perpetrate crime on minorities rather than letting them go scot free despite strong evidence against them we will never be able to stop these senseless acts. Its like complete circle now. You target me I target you.
The criminal judicial system is India is sham. The decision of UP lawyers was politically motivated and not in accordance with the spirit of their profession.
The basic premise in all criminal cases is: Not Gulity Untill Proven by the due Process of Law.
How can they not defend a person and not allow others to defend them!!! The UP lawyers did not allow other lawyers who were willing to take up those cases and above all these were the guys who should uphold the rule of law and NOT break it.
Why did they beat those arrested on charges of blasts when they were anyhow being produced in court? If they want to take a Principled stand Will they similarly not defend other accused who belong to majority community? Why this Bigotry!
If Majority killers of Innocents in Gujrat, Mumbai, Bhagalpur, Meerut riots can get lawyers why not people of minority communities!
Incidently in all the cases so far the investigating agencies have not been able to nail down anyone specifically except blaming ISI, Pak and now Indian Muslims! Most of those arrested are either released after torture and threatining not to open their mouths or so severely tortured that unable to bear it, they admit guilt which is rescinded in Court later!
Some of the reactions in this forum are exactly what the perpetraters of the blasts wanted. As long as we do not attain maturity and absolute resilience, the terrorists will have a field day. Tough laws have always been more abused than used for the purpose they were enacted. So, that certainly is not the answer. Making intelligence, vigilence and security agencies, including the police as well as their political managers, accountable could be a better option.

hi reji, earlier even my thinking was like u. but now as the blasts are becoming a part of our life , i feel that tough laws should be enacted or a even more draconian laws such that the prople who take up to terrorism in india should think twice before comitting such deeds.

Have the so called tough laws ever been useful in bringing even a single real terrorist to book? But several innocent people have been harrassed and even finished off using these laws.
In USA after the 9/11 incident no major terrorist attack has taken place. Thus it is very clear that the government has taken abundant steps to ensure no more of such incident. In our country beginning from the Mumbai incident of the 1990's till date innumerable terrorist attacks have been taking place with the Government of the day standing a mute spectator. Our leaders only know to make flying trips after the incident has taken place and make empty rhetoric . This is the tragedy of our nation. We need to learn from the innumerable terror incidents which have taken place in our country. But we seem to be not learning at all.A least now can the citizen's of India expect a pledge from our Government that no more such incidents.

In USA, the infrastructure for providing security was there even before 9/11. They are super power and not just only on paper. The people are educated, not too greedy and their basic needs are not met. Compare that with India. We have long way to go before securing our countrymen and our borders. Nothing much we can do. At the most, we can throw Modi like people who incite violence out first.

we have to first throw out this govt which is serving chicken biryani to mahammed afzal.
I personally feel its been enough of ISLAMIC shit that India has tolerated and now its really time to pay back. We allowed these islamic dogs to stay in India and these traitors as always are biting us every now and than. I feel there should be similar bomb blast accross all muslim slums, areas across India , the impact of total blast 100 time more than the war on 1947, 1971, gulf war, iraq war put together. The traitors really need a kick in their belly.

I am sure thats the least of the problems "goodguy" would be thinking of right now unlike you bloody moslems who are always thinking of your 72 houries always. I totally second his idea of how to curb this moslem menace. They are the most unworthy and ungrateful ever to be born on this planet.
Huh! Thousands died. All religions all races etc. But we are busy ''figuring out'' that these are all BJP states. I don't know if Hyderabad is in a BJP state. After all these sangh parivar idiots never learn. And it just took BJP 5 years what took Congress 135 years. They never learn and now want to divide and rule!!! Shame on you Raman and his minnows!

I do not what ae you trying to convey. The message one gets is, there are elements who are not from outside India, but are involved in these activities. That things recently happened in BJP-ruled states can be viewed as a matter of inference.
