Obviously you are concerned about the state of India that is currently being attacked from all directions.
Do you consider only Hindi speaking people as Indians? Or do you want the entire India to rise up against the terrorism as one people irrespective of language, caste and region? Please write in English. Don't preach me on how English is not an Indian language. The threat from terrorists is lot graver than the language of English.
The word 'Indian Muslim' is very confusing. After all we call Muslims who shifted to Pakistan in 1947 as Pakistanis when many of these Muslim's close relatives stay in India. So the line dividing these muslims is very thin. It is elementary common sense that the 'terrorists' in India are able to execute their missions with the help of support from Indian Muslims, be they be ordinary citizens, Lawyers, Police men, Para military men or even to some extent army & Intelligence personnel. Muslim Politicians also the greatest culprits.
So, the need of the hour is to identify these sympathisers of terrorists. All muslims who travel to Pakistan, Middle East etc should be put under surveillance. The 'war' within is a very tricky war as you do not know your enemy.
Some of the speeches by Muslim Leaders in Jama Masjid in Delhi or in Mumbai or Hyderabad or .. openly speak about their loyalties to the muslim 'Quoam' and the need to integrate on a Global basis by the muslims.

You are 100% correct about Gandhi and how he made Indians headless chickens who are incapable of defending themselves.

I dont think this will ever end. This is a problem without any normal solutions. And by the way we in india dotn have the balls for any tough solutions. So just keep hoping that you and your family is not there when the next bomb is set off by people with whom our commies, congies and "secular crowd" are totally in love with.

so let us think of some abnormal solutions-please think out of the box-specially all young persons. because only the young can think "OUT OF THE BOX" All the best
This Home Minister, Shivraj Patil I feel like a joker whenever I watch him on the news channels. This government is surving on two puppet ministers for the last 4 years , one the PM himself and the second most important position after the PM being the Home Minister. Further the CBI & probably other such central investigating agencies are so much used by the government to chase the opposition leader & their cases, that they hardly have time to investigate on issues of terrorism. It seems so routine after every bomb blast that the Home Ministry declares that the state was warned prior about such an attack as if their duty ends there. Unfortunately the minority appeasement and vote bank politics have risen to such levels that important enactments like POTA have been discarded. I guess there was another bold step taken during the earlier government to ban this terrorist organisation called SIMI. It is unfortunate to see all the blasts in the BJP ruled states and there by creating a platform for communal riots between the Hindus & the Muslims. Needless to mention the failures of this government in all areas whether social security, finance or even foreign affairs is concerned. The Indian Cricket Board vouches to ICC for hosting the Champions Trophy in Pakistan...I do not understand the need for this bhai-chara when they are feeding us (through ISI)with bombs(as)chara...hope this government wakes up before the country is bombed to stone age.

Unfortunately this country would never wake up nobody in higher rungs of society cares for a few commeners getting killed, life of the poor, the powerless, and those of the middle classes have no value here unfortunately more get killed in more bomb blasts .lets see what happens if some bigwig from the corporate world or some polititian gets killed in a blast.

You have stolen my words....before I could write them. Shiv Raj Patil always likes to do something but something stops him from doing... He has never catagorically stated that he would do this and that...All he says is that this particular aspect is a state subject. When everything is to be done by the states only then why is he required there as a Home Minister.. for his home may be...
In a 'secular' India, the 'majority' suffers ignominies again and again. The biggest mistake the writers of our constitution made was to NOT let India be a 'Hindu' nation... just as Pakistan declared itself an Islamic state.
Muslims and other minorities in India would have had the same freedom and safety as they do now because the other religions in India (Hinduism, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism, Jainism, Zoroastrianism) NONE of them believe in violence in the name of religion. Unlike Pakistan, where the numbers of Hindu and Christian community have dwindled since 1947, in India others would have thrived. And in a Hindu India, we could have forced everyone to go to mainstream schools- instead of allowing them to go ONLY to madrassa.
India being a Hindu state would have been great, for Muslims and other minorities. But it's still not too late, at least bring the BJP back to power. They will ensure anti-national elements of any religious persuasion are punished severely. Bring back POTA also, hopefully.

Keep dreaming.BJP govt did not have the guts to scrap article 370 and enforce uniform civil code, and I don't think BJP will the guts to even think of declaring India as Hindu State. If we do that, we will get into bad books of west and most importantly Oil Shaiks.

Sir'ji, how much help whether in price of the oil or in other terms are being shed out by being in the good books of the Oil sheikhs. Secondly the Arabs still treat Indians as second grade people in their countries. As regards to the West, they would bomb these Arabs to Hell, two towers fell in the USA and two countries conquered by the US. Iran is in the pipeline now. Watch Israel too...when our government is afraid of enacting POTA then we can as well forget Article 370 or uniform civil code or even Hindu state.

It is not about Hindus or Hinduism. Innocent people are being killed, can be Hindu or Muslim. Sri Sri can not go out with a sword and protect them. In the time of crisis stay united.

OK Innocent people.I don't expect him to take a sword and defend. He should have the guts to rake up the topic of Islam- the ideology that creates terrorism.I know he doesn't have the spine to dot that

Indian Media is full of ultimate hypocrites and cowareds..afraid to speak against the those who can really hurt them but unnecessarily target those who are peaceful.Hence, I have never seen a column in print or tv as sarcastic and scathing of Jehadi killings as their daily and weekly tirade against VHP and RSS. Gujrat riots are spoken of again and again but Godhra trigger is forgotten.
Bal Thakrey becomes a villian just by thinking of Hindu death squads. But Islamic death squads have killed thousands and keep on killing all over India and none dare to write about the Islamic jihad leaders.
For media, being a traitor is ok but say a word against muslims and they will be at your throat because for them first come Muslims, second is India then Christians etc and Hindus are the last who deserve no attention. For example Azam Khan can say that India will be divided.Mufti Sayeed can ask for dual currency without fear.Imam Bukhari can declare that I am an ISI agent. Dawood Ibrahim and Afzal Gurus no one cares what they do.But Narendara Modi and Advani should be hanged.
Attack on Taslima Nasreen in Hyderabad is ok but how dare anyone attack Maqbul Fida Hussain? Taslima spoke against Islam which is a ultimate sin. However Hussain offended Hindus which is not important. Media is afraid of the Muslims and their political bosses and is almost similar to the tail wagging dog trying to please its masters at any cost.
