is the government robbing--LATE QUESTION buddy..Its been happening for 6 decades...Intelligence and sec are very active and effective..Soon u will get to hear from them that we warned that "indian cities may be bombed someday" ..itse we citizens who dont act on such a solid peace of post-mortem warnings..

Pak PM'S message condemning the blasts was kept ready few days back and formally released today as is expected.His lip sympathy was on expected lines.After all that is part of the nautanki of confidence building measures.
