When an Indian faces racism in the West, we express shock & condemn it. But, just look at the racist hatred spewing on these message boards. Then there's the abuse directed at parents, siblings, etc. Is this the Indian culture we are proud of?

What some people on these boards dont realize is that when a bomb blows up, it doesnt selectively just kill Hindus. Unfortunately most of them here have the IQ of a snail & dont even fathom that bombs kill Indians.....not Hindus, Muslims or Christians.

Don"t use the word we Hindus. People like you who propogate hatred are just a minute proportion of the Hindu community.
There was a time in the early 90s in Mumbai when the mafia were running amok with their AK 47's, automatic imported guns, latest technology in communications (mobiles and sat phones) and lots of money. This meant they were killing each other ant their victims with impunity while the police watched helplessly. The police watched helplessly because they were limited by their resources(read outdated guns, means of communications, money etc), will to fight(read political will) and the law(read they were unaware that things could be done outside the law). But over time they got the better of the criminals (read by encounters and a no tolerance policy). I find my nation is in a similar situation right now. We lack the resources(how much of police resources goes into bandobast duty as compared to anti-terror efforts), lack of political will(will the government stand or fall and when will it run), and lack of effective laws(where is TADA and POTA). As long as we lack all these we will continued to be targeted.

Where have the great speakers and protectors of Human Rights gone now??? What do you want to learn from Isreal. for more than fifty years they fought with heavy artillery, machine guns against the stone armed palestenians. after fifty years they end up losing a 26day war gainst hizbollah. even the carpet bombings have not been able to stop them. isreal does a prisoner swap of 2 dead soldiers with 5 live ones. today Israel, existence is threatened. what have they gained..... are you ready to fight next 50 years & then end up like Isreal....... lets be sensible, how many death would it take to now that too many people had died. i think you are just looking from one side of the coin, issue is far more complex. Lets be patient. only laws are not the solution. lets make this place a beautiful place to live.
Dont you think that by acting this way - blaming each other- we are granting victory to the terrorists who are trying to disrupt peace in our country.
