The present UPA government and also the left parties are not in favor of a stringent law against terrorism as they feel that will hurt the feelings of Indian Muslims who will not vote for them. Though these leaders are all Hindus and elected by majority Hindus but they giving more importance to Muslims than their mother land by which these leader themselves portraying that all the Indian Muslims are not faithful to to India and terrorists.It is a right time to all Indians to introspect themselves, whether we require such a elected representative system to India.
Advani is one of the main reasons for the poor security scenario in india . As Deputy PM and Home Minister ,he allowed islamic Terrorists to have an upper hand by : 1) allowing pakistani jehadis and army people sneek into India during Kargil. it is now an established fact that intelligence failure cost us a lot in the kargil episode and the Advani as home Minister cannot escape responibility. 2) the attack on Parliament took place during Advani's tenure and further emboldened the Islamic Terrorists. 3) the release of the 3 dreaded terrorists by Advani and escorted personally by jaswant singh , further gave a boost to islamic terrorists. in fact the release of Mazhar Mahmood ,has given rise to global terrorism.
4) POTA was misused badly by the BJP nationally and by the BJP run states that there was a huge public outcry for human rights violations. POTA had to be reviewed because of this. POTA will be effective only if it used judicially without any religious bias. it should not be used with a heavy hand against muslims alone as POTA permits detention without being produced in courts . Does Advani think that if Afzal was hanged these bombings would not have taken place. if he thinks so he should be stupid, senile or both. Advani and BJP cannot escape the responsibility for the rise in islamic terrorism in india. in fact pulling down the babri masjid and gujarat riots are the main motivating points for islamic terrorism and Advani and BJP had a hand in both events
The moment blasts take place anywhere in India, by default, unless proven otherwise, it is said to be the hand of Muslim fundamentalists. Let us not forget that terrorists do not have a religion and that even innocent Muslims get killed in such bombings. Secondly, predictably the next reaction is what is the Government doing, this is happening because of opposition to POTA etc....Well to the best of my knowledge the most daring terrorist attack, the invasion of Parliament happened when POTA was in vogue. So what happened ??? The point is laws are only useful to an extent, what is more important is a strong reslove to fight these creeps. Also, you will hear ad nauseam the political leaders saying that we must fight back, take strict action, fight fire with fire etc etc...I think these are all bull-shit. Even 4 years after 9/11, all USA could do was some Rambo style bombing in some mountains in Afghanistan and an absolute, confuing mess in Iraq. The need of the hour is some cold an calculated thinking and action to beat these terrorists at their own game. With the kind of population density, large geographical area and diverse religious and political following in India, this is easier said than done. Not only must those in power do something, they should atleast 'appear' to be doing something about this problem.

- POTA or strong Laws could be applied only when you catch the terrorists. If you don't catch terrorist and law has no values.
You will such laws only for your own political benefit.
1. Leaving Kashmir to decide its fate. 2. Going to UNO to decide for the Kashmir. 3. Inspite of provision of equality in Indian Constitution, congress for vote bank, did not called for uniform civil code. 4. Reservations : which is leading to class wars in India. 5. Dirty politics of election by issuing tickets on the basis of casteism. 6. Launch of minority commissions. 7. Demoralisation of law enforcing agencies in lieu of Human Rights Act ( as if victims of blasts dont have rights ) 8. Keeping mum on the fate of Kashmiri Pandits. 9. Keeping mum on the genocide of Hindus in Kashmir. 10. Trouble in North East. 11. Capture of thousands of hectares of land by Chinese.
Bhohoho..After BJP lost in voting it is now Bombing its own ruled state.With the help of RSS it can go any low..Just assume guys just after voting,bombs went on..These BJP scoundrals will do anything with the help of RSS.Congress risked it government for V-Deal its not that Congress is not hungey for power,everyone is hungry for ever.But Advani is craving to become PM before he lies on Death Bed. Think guys..I have given my views.Narendra is expert in terrorising no doubt abt this.He is a master mind in terrorising people.

Just for one ethnic Indian procession in Malaysia Malaysian govt invoked Internal Security Act. COWARD CONGRESS GOVT, WITH OUT ANY DELAY INVOKE TADA / POTA.
my stupid hindu friends! the anti terror law is important. it is not against any community. we will still be secular. its not abt congress and bjp. its abt adcani saying the right things at the right time. do not be so secular to forget to Save India.
