Even a layman in India knows, that major cities are terror targets. So, what is new in it ? The job of IB is to be specific on
1. Which groups are planning the attacks 2. What is the motivating factor for the attacks ( not just "spread terror" ) 3. How does the financing of these groups take place 4. What are the recruiting hotbeds 5. How can this be systematically reduced / eradicated.
Instead, since the congress govt. has come to power, the only thing we hear or watch on news channels is " Center had given advance warning to a particular state "...
Just like a state level STF or a regional level STF we should have a national level STF, which is targeting the terrorists...We have the CBI for investigation, IB for intellegence, RAW for external intellegence but nothing as a command force at central level...It should be a group of commandos from CRPF, CISF, BSF, ITBF and regional level IPS officers...They would be completely dedicated at reducing crimes committed across state borders...

IB had forewarned all the states about terrorist strike and their job is finsihed, IB is just a warning system, nothing else.

whenever blasts occur, the IB & Central Government says that they have already warned the state governments...
How can any govt really know in advance that there is going to be a terror strike? What if I decide right now that I am going to plan a bombing? How will the govt come to know of this? Is there some formal procedure for me to take out an ad in the papers in advance? I don't see how these bombings are known about in advance. I think our babu officials just say things to cover their own necks after fatalities occur.

Do not carry umbrella and get wet. You can laugh on IB but once you start ignoring their warning, you are on risk. I do not see any harm to be alert all the time.

For such warning you don't need IB. Just ask a school kid. They need to be specific and have better intelligence.

thats a good question.. why dont we help the govt to reduce this? we know how technologies work, we earn more money, we know that our country is in problems, why dont we do something to solve the problems?
Centre has intelligence that one or another city of India is a target of terrorists. What is it doing to curb terrorism, punishing those terrorists invovled in earlier blasts. Bring D company from Pak to India.
