The Indian communists are a bunch of idiots who, as Mr.Biman Bose has said has to adhere to Communist Constitution; than Indian constitution. Mr.Chatterjee, once became speaker, rose above all party lines, and has become a symbol of custodian of the Parliament, who should be seen as a person with the total confidence of the entire house, i.e. the entire nation. The position of Speaker should have been respected by CPM, which would have elevated their position better than what they are in a pathetic situation today as nowhere to go and trying to support a negative women to the Prime Ministers post who can not create an image in the international community. Now whom Karat will go to make a slave ? Otherwise think of 59 MPs controlling 542 MPs for the past two years, and lo, relieved, they are out and the nation can function as a souvereign nation; out from the clutches of communists.

Idiots are not sold or purchased. That is why other party MPs are sold in the market. Even in USA, Senators are sold or purchased. This is the noble quality of the IDIOT (Communist). Mr. Chaterjee should not forget that 1st he is an elected MP of CPM, for which he became Speaker later on. Now history will prove who is Sirajuddallah and who is Mirjafar?
I would like to know how many Bengalis are in CPM Polit Buro. It appears to me that Non Bengalis are humilating Bengalis, while deriving Power from Bengal.
This is really rediculous. CPM is built around people who has seen worst days during 1972-75 and EMS in Kerla. These guys who are they? What sacrifice have they made? In JNU many Orissa / Bihar students become President / Secretary. These people were are ordinary leaders catapulted to centre stage thru luck and manipulations? Look how Mrs Karat was humbled by a yoga guru. In that case was the party CPM not affected badly? Why didn't party take action against her for spreading rumour which is not expected of a senior leader? Moreover, I can not recollect the name of the state & year (probably it was Kerla), when LDF was affected by voting of the Speaker. Rather CPM could have drawn a mileage from Somnath Chattergee,s stance by allowing to do his duty of a SPeaker? Isn't it a National Priority? Nutshell CPM is doomed / (Bloomed???) with this act.
Lust for redlight car and position has not spared many.Ok, now Congress & people like Lalu will congratulate him for his so called bravery.But Somnath has lost his place in the hearts of lakhs of his partymen with whom he spent four decades.His new freinds will forget him soon and may abuse him in future if situation arises.But he will be regarded as traiter in the history of Communists in India

Quite wrongly I felt in the beginning,that what Somnathji was doing was appropriate.But now I am convinced his conduct was not what people would have expected of him.He summarily expelled several MPs in the cash for questions scam;(somebody correct me if I am wrong)he refused to accept court's notice on the petition filed by the expelled MPs.Then why did he allow MPs serving jail sentences for serious offences,to vote in the loksabha?I am sure that if he wanted he could have prevented them from voting, using the same logic that saw him refusing court's notice in the other scam.

Bengal faught with formidable british for freedom of India with their blood,sweat and tears. They have been denied share of power not only at the center but also in their own leftist party.
CPIM has been hijacked by rootless and power hungry fellows like Karat ,Yechury ..who have not won even a muncipal election... These obnoxious fellows do not want any bengali to occupy any position of power not only at center but also in the party. Just like they prevented Jyoti Babu from becoming PM in 1996 and prevented Somnath Da from contesting Vice Prez post!!!These fellows are against bengals progress..just behaving like Greg Chappel .. what he did to Sourav and showed finger to Kolkata ...these scoundrels are deriving power from MPs of bengal and working against bengals progress..
Bengal is sending 70% of left MPs and they share not even 10% of power at center..

good said , BUT u may not understand that bengali MP's are not supporting the correctness of Somnath Chaterjee.
All the party chiefs should be asked if they are crying foul for the selling of the MPs.Why they give ticket to such persons who are so easily getting sold? Why the leaders are not able to give nominations to honest people?
Somnath Chaterjee belongs to a caste, whose political weight has been on decline for last few years. Although, under given situation, ruling alliance may try to keep him in good humour, he was no longer needed in a 'castist communal CPM'. It may be noted that his constituency has been marked as a reserve seat for SC.

Somnath Chatterjee can win from any constituency in West Bengal or any educated constituency in India, howver only if he stands as an independent candidate - without CPM's tag. Infact CPM's tag has degraded Mr. Chatterjee and upgraded CPM the party of leeches!

And whts this traitor issue? the biggest traitors are the communists, chinese slave, who have sold and continue to sell their motherland to their chinese masters. Thnakfully, their decline is near, congress stronger mean end of communists. Like Shiv Sena wiped the communists from Mumbai and western maharshtra, same approach needs to be followed else where.
