Communist parties were toadies of the British and presently of China and through association of China's front state, Pakistan. USA aided China and winked at China's nuclear and missile profileration to Pakistan. The wheel has turned full circle. Same USA is now at the receiving end from China and Pakistan. by npdash Somnath Chatterjee has the clue that he will not resign because he does not want to vote with BJP. Simoltaneously he is claimimg that he is the impartial speeker without allience to any party. His words that he will not vote with the BJP shows that he is not partial. To claim this he is not partial he should show the same in his action as well as thought.

You are trying to Bombard with BJP type bomb of bogey questions. Most of them are baseless "allegations" and some are irrelevant. Whay are you not asking why Mahatma Gandhi freed India in the first place. Why he toiled the prime of his life inpoor India and jails when he could have sepnt a luxurious life in Europe or some other developed country. If you are not asking these questions, you have no right to the communally angled questions. What was the role of your Jan Sangh in freedom struggle. You Mr. Vajpayee even sided with the British to stand witness against the Indian freedom strugglists in 1945, just to save his own skin. Instead of eyewashing with bogey like minority rights for muslims / christians, just name some of them, what priveleges they are getting in India. Regarding the population, please note that demography keeps changing due to a number of reasons. Parsis are almost extinct in India. Nobody is blaming anybody for that, and should never also. In USA the immigrants population has continuously been increasing since centuries. Godhra was not blown out of proportion. It indeed was a horrific episode in Indian History and a blot on humanity, patronised by the then ruling hindu fundamentalists. Nobody is calling Hindus fundamentalist. Some vested interests belonging to right wing fundamentalist parties are raising this bogey again and again to befool the innocent hindu indians to create hatred in their minds and divide and rule India. They are the real traitors.

No other metro in the country had to suffer from two partitions (in 1947 and 1971) and none of them sandwiched between two of the world's poorest regions, Bihar and Bangladesh. So think several times dude before writing abusive things about Bengal or Kolkata. Bengal had always been critical of central governments (barring few years), and it unlike many other states it never tried to push its MPs to ministerial positions just for the sake of cornering undue resources. If that's the mode of Indian politics, let Bengal be different!!!

Have you seen any major development in Kolcutta or West Bengal.See the developments in Maharashtra, Gujrath, Karnataka and some other states. Even this factary for the manufacturing NANO of TATA's was established only due to the chief ministers personal interfearance. Otherwise West Bangal would have lost this also. I love WEST BANGAL, once up on it was most developded state of Our Country but as of today? i feel bad abt it. Just think again.

Bengal faught with formidable british for freedom of India with their blood,sweat and tears. They have been denied share of power not only at the center but also in their own leftist party.
CPIM has been hijacked by rootless and power hungry fellows like Karat ,Yechury ..who have not won even a muncipal election... These obnoxious fellows do not want any bengali to occupy any position of power not only at center but also in the party. Just like they prevented Jyoti Babu from becoming PM in 1996 and prevented Somnath Da from contesting Vice Prez post!!!These fellows are against bengals progress..just behaving like Greg Chappel .. what he did to Sourav and showed finger to Kolkata ...these scoundrels are deriving power from MPs of bengal and working against bengals progress..
Bengal is sending 70% of left MPs and they share not even 10% of power at center..

very true... even i felt the same when i visited Culcutta... everything looks old there... if you tell them that.. they will say .. go and see Salt Lake City.... which is nothing but few high raise buildings in a small place.... Commies have made a mess of Governance in Kerala... They will not get a single Lok Sabha seat from Kerala.. Thats the way they are creating mess in Kerala... Well to remind the readers, CPM kerala is the richest of all... there business empire spreading TV channel, amusment parks, lottery and many other such things is worth Rs. 6000 crores... I wish some media take it up bring a report on the wealth they have created....

Its absolutely nonsense! U must hve seen what congress and trinamul did in Westbengal when Communist Govt trying to bring a giant TATA Project. And in Kerala, y you forgotten, Congress is also ruling after communist's 5 years tenor? Why they are unable to bring the development there? Development acceleration is very low all over India, because we dont have a strict governance here. No Do you see any road all over India is upto International Standard? Any drainage? Any foot path is available to the pedestrians? Why governments afraid of people to implement laws here? Only because of the vote bank and also gesture to the high corruption. Here, there is tug of war in between the state and central governments bcse of politics. You were telling u visited Kolkatta several times but did not see any development; the development in Kolkatta and Kerala far ahead than other Indian states, why y you conveniently forgone of other states where your party is ruling. Since independence of India they have been committing mistakes(like Netaji Dalal hai)and later apologise.Let us hope sooner or later Karat will come out of his ego and villain mind and understand his faults.
