Siddiqui's bad reporting
by Truth Seeker on Jul 24, 2008 04:59 PM  Permalink

This is the kind of reporting which is making people stay away from rediff. It's value has tanked from 21 dollars to 7 dollars with in a year. I stay away most of the time because of bad reporting, bad grammer, misinformation, and bad ads.

People of AP should teach fitting lesson for both these idiots by defeating them where ever they contest.

TDP should expel both of them. They dont remember as dalit when they get sold for crores of rupees.

What is this???
by Anantha on Jul 24, 2008 04:53 PM  Permalink

Everybody thinks about dalits or minorities and total government functionary says that they are working for the improvement of dalit and minorities and even after 60 years of indpendance these blody politicians are making for the vote bank politics. Is there no poor families are not their in the normal community??. Everwhere, everbody says about them only, what is the percentage of population nobody thinks or cares about it.

These politicians should not separate the poeple on the basis of community for the sake of power. In the present political scenorio they are aiming for power only to encash and establish their businesses and looting the public like anything.....

ITS SHAME................ THEY ALSO BELONGS TO SAME SOCIETY DO NOT FORGET....

Mohammed Siddique in Hyderabad is worse than a TERRORIST
by Vote India on Jul 24, 2008 04:53 PM  Permalink

Yes - i tell so bcos voting happened as per individuals choice - but ppl like you are the culprits of the harming society - where did Mayawati becoming a PM came into focus - She has no powers in her hand - if she is powerful she will surely become a PM in march Elections - So, stop creating such cheap images - I am not sure how could rediff allow ppl like you write such things which are going to divide country between Dalits and etc - have you forgotten our previous President was a minoirty group - our current PM, our Army Head, Our CHief of Air Force and Our Economic head -all are from minority group - Don't create such impressions in society - India is a democratic country which belongs to all no matter what religion or caste or division they come from.

I request REDIFF.COM to stop posting such cheap mentality ppl posts here. It is an earnest request to REDIFF.COM not to post such things again.

Read the article properly and you will discover that M Jagannatham has not complained not about him being discriminated against due to his Dalit origins. Rather he is quoted as saying is " .....I have been singled out and targeted because I am not a rich person. The party has not taken any action against Aadikesavulu. Is it because he is a millionaire...". So the headline did need to distinguish any discrimination then it should have been between " a not so rich MP" and "a millionaire MP". But Mohammed Siddique has somehow seen this as a case of caste discrimination and twisted the story completely to suit his own prejudices. No surprises there of course.
Hope you will take this objectively.

The idiot MP voted for UPA and went and sat next to congress MPs. How stupid can he get? Anyway, he went and met Sonia and stated to be joining congress. He is just trying to invoke a Dalit issue. You should know when someone is trying to make use of some card.

If the writer had no axe to grind then perhaps the headline could have been along the lines(but not necessarily the same wording), "TDP expels one traitor MP and the fate of the other suspect still in balance". Of course the it would have been a non-story.
