Right Man in the Wrong Party
by Chandu on Jul 24, 2008 05:26 PM  Permalink

The expulsion of Somnath was expected. He being a sensible man in a nonsense party and was bound to come out of it. He has qualities of Tolerance, Rightouseness, Magnanimity, Respect for opposition etc which do not fit into the Indian Communist's party traits. All the best Somnath. However, don't join the corrupt Congress or communal BJP.

Somath Lives in our Heart
by Bobby abraham on Jul 24, 2008 05:26 PM  Permalink

I always admired the way Somanath Conducted the House,The methords implemented by him for familiarising proceedings for newly elected MP's. Infact Mr Karat did a mistake by including Somanath's name in support withdrawal list with out consultation with Somnath. On last general election in Kerala CPM did a mistake of not permitting V.S Achuthantan to contest election but has to retract due to PUBLIC PRESSURE

POLITICS

Five surgeons are discussing who are the best type of surgical patients.

The first surgeon says, 'I like to see accountants on my operating table, because when you open them up, everything inside is numbered.'

The second responds, 'Yeah, but you should try electricians! Everything inside them is color coded.'

The third surgeon says, 'No, I really think librarians are the best, everything inside them is in alphabetical order.'

The fourth surgeon chimes in, 'You know, I like construction workers ... those guys always understand when you have a few parts left over at the end, and when the job takes longer than you said it would.'

But the fifth surgeon shut them all up when he observed, 'You're all wrong.

Politicians are the easiest to operate on. There are no guts, no heart, and no spine, and the head and butt are interchangeable.

BJP is the only party that can lead India effectively
by KS MSundaram on Jul 24, 2008 05:26 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

A BJP led NDA is the only hope for INDIA. Notwithstanding the Nuclear Deal, Congress will only cause more harm to Hindus. Immediately after winning the trust vote, they have decided to go ahead with the Sethusamudram project - hurting the faith and feelings of crores of Hindus. Congress party needs to be peacefully buried. Also BJP has lots of educated leaders like Arun Jaitely, Narendra Modi, Sushma Swaraj, Arun Shourie, Rajiv Pratap Rudy who are all very professional etc.

traitor somnath
by sanjay on Jul 24, 2008 05:25 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

traitor somnaths reserved his place in CPM by doing chamchagiri of jyoti basu.once he got the speaker post he got carried away with the powers/ riches /luxuries of high office . no wonder just like all UPA polictians he is one of the richest Polictians of bengal.

If traitor somnath quits his MP post which he won due the party and recontests , he will not get more than 6 votes(that of his family). If he is so sure ask him to quit the parliament and fight election as an independent. as a independent he is not answerable to anyone and he can take his own decisions. But if he wins on a party ticket,, his victory is due to the lakhs of ordinary party workers (their labour and money) , so traitor somnath dont get carried away with the Governor post being offred by UPA. If traitor somnath has the guts in his balls get your self relected on a non CPM ticket

Hello.....in case you dont know, Somnath Chatterjee first came to the Lok Sabha as an independent. It was the CPI (M) which wooed him to join them. Also Somnath was a very successful practising lawyer before joining politics. So he is rich. Hence dont say wrong things about one of the Greatest Lok Sabha Speakers of India.

Outdated..
by MOHAMMED SHAFEE on Jul 24, 2008 05:21 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Outdated idiologies like marxism and communism are not suitable for Democratic country like India. Karat and co are totally against a developed India and they never like the idea of we standing shoulder to shoulder with China. They encourage class division and equality in division of poverty.

Karl Marx wrote the book "Das Kapital". After his death when his wife was asked to say a few words, she said that if Karl had earned some Kapital instead of writing about it, it woul have been nice.

We know how many atrocities the communists have committed in Russia and continue to do so in China. COMMUNISTS are worser than terrorists.

Somnath Chatterjee is indeed a Great Speaker - Panch Parmeshwar
by KS MSundaram on Jul 24, 2008 05:19 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Shri Somnath Chatterjee has conducted himself extremely honorably and graciously as Speaker of the Lok Sabha. He has won the respect of everyone by not bowing down to the illegal demands of his Politburo. Also he has handled the Lok Sabha proceedings impartially. There is a hindi term called "Panch Parmeshwar" which means that once a person becomes the head (Sarpanch)of the Panchayat he has to forget personal enemities and rivalries and pronounce just, impartial and fair decisions. This is because once he assumes the chair of the Sarpanch he is equated with Parmeshwar i.e. GOD. Shri Somnath Chatterjee has lived up to the definition of Panch Parmeshwar.

Prakash Karat is a ill-mannered hypocrite who has illusions of himself being a great person. He doesnt even know how to behave with such a senior parliamentarian like Shri Somnath Chatterjee who must be his father's age. All communists need to put in ships and drowned in the deepest part of the Indian ocean to be devoured by the Sharks. But the tragedy is that the Sharks would fall sick after eating these communists.
