thats wt asked for and why the people were against the deal. Instead of convincing and explaining and answering people's mind, Govt went for Personal prestige and made the left to go against the deal. Pure miscommunication from Govt's side. so far it argued that Hyde ACt dont apply to India and Now it realizes it applies and going for other steps.

this is biggest of all problems and the main reaosn for so many people's objections on this deal. we are putting our civil nuclear reactors on safeguards in perpetuity, while china can anytime withdraw and submit. us can come and insepect our civil nuclear reactors anytime like it is threatening iran and syria, while china negoriated and said we dont show you. so why cant the govt wait and negotiate and why it is in rush?

Now that they realize this issue, going for ammendment. We would have saved 1000s crores of tax payer's money avoiding that trust vote.
