Well done BJP! But before asking for action against Amar Singh based on the Sting operation would your party take action against Narendra Modi & Co whose name is mentioned so many times in Tehelka Sting Operation on post Godhra riots.

Corruption in Politics
by Ganesh Bangera on Jul 23, 2008 12:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

No doubt,it is Mr Bardhan's outburst claiming that MP's are offered 25 crores polluted the atmosphere, fuelled by BJP MP's dramatic show of currency notes in the Parliament.Whatever is the truth in this case, one thing is sure that all the political parties(Congress,BJP,SP,BSP,& other small regional parties) do indulge in corruption when it suits them.BUT keep on blaming each other shamelessly as if Indian people don't know the truth. If BJP is so sure of their integrity & principles how come some of their MP's voted in favour of UPA?Have they too eaten money?
Another thing, one cannot imagine that Mr.Advani,a highly respected, elderly veteran politician can stoop so low to criticise PM below the belt.We expect some amount of dignity from PM-in- waiting!!!He needs to learn something from MMS in this regard.

it is not becuase of individuals. it is purely based on the policies of political parties. At least, these parties like congress, bjp, sp and other regional parties has to learn from Left parties. There is not even a single MP from left parties cross voted. And as CNN IBN reported, not even these so called money / vote traders dare to contact Left MPs for bribing them for cross voting.. Khudos to Left MPs for their firm stand against corruption..

The Politics of Cross-Voting
by All Right on Jul 23, 2008 12:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The analysis of cross-voting indicated that 6 SP MPs switched to BSP and 1 Congress MPs switched over to the BJP.

These cross-voting started 10 days ago with Mayawati and BJP parading their defectors. BJP tried poaching more Congress MPs like Jalappa, whose son is already a BJP MLA in Karnataka. Congress was supposed to lose as many as 4 MPs to the BJP and the SP was being targeted by UNPA for a vertical split.

The best form of defense was offensive and the UPA-SP retaliated in kind to not only stem the tide but to put both the UNPA and NDA on the defensive.

So Mayawati, Karat and Advani maybe crying crocidile tears now. They have been worsted in their own game. Losers

funny thing is the joker D raja of CPI was telling on TV yesterday that it was a divided verdict and that they had come close with 256 votes. so he indirectly admits of siding with communal BJP who are Left's adversaries. The commies have totally lost their marbles in their opposition to the Govt and this will severely affect them in the coming elections.

COMMUNISM THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE...
by Sadasivan PK on Jul 23, 2008 12:10 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I have to admit that yesterday was a sad day for Indian Democracy...What India needs is ROTI,KAPADA and Makan which the congress was never able to deliver in the last 60 years of their rule...India is only going backwards, what ever MMS and Chiddu does..we cant bring the BJP back to power...LEFT is the only alternative for a secular India...An India which doesnt stoop before US and UK..An India who has an Identity on its own and not an 'Yes sir' for US..

Communism is the way forward..there have been mistakes..lets correct it and move forward ..join the red league...

by Indra borana on Jul 23, 2008 12:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

i am happy that advaniji didnt joined hands with any murderer or criminal to topple the government

may not you have able defeat the government (congress) on the floor of parliament but morally they lost to you in all other respects

they have been exposed
in terms of criminality
soren jmm etc

in terms of corruption

cross voting induced in some mps and failed to do so in case of mr ashok argal etc and got exposed

salute to mr advani and

last but not least mr ashok argal to show honesty and throwing money on parliament table

which he could have easily digested and and just abstained from house

it is honesty and RSS ideology which made him throw the money which has come to him from wrong people for wrong work

hats off to mr argal
