It is being seen todays that after the election process the elected members starts to think themselves that they can do anything. It is also unfortunate for the common people that they don't have any way to bring back them if they fail to perform accordingly, so that they (elected person) have the fear of loosing their elcted post without performing properly, or ignoring the people who elect them. Actually after getting the mandate, they stated to think that (and literally true) they are safe, and common people could not take any step against him/her even he/she started to deny them. So, it should be the demand of common people so that they could have a legal means by which they could control their elected member.
