There is no 123 if there is no Hyde Act. Hyde Act is the US law that facilitate the US to entre into the 123 agreement with India. I have gone through the Hyde Act, which any body can download from US gov. web site. As per the provisions of Hyde act the US President has to report to the congress even about the stock of fissile material India have for making bombs. It clearly states that US should ensure India's active participation in US global efforts including that to contain Iran. If any of this is violated the US is bound by the hyde act to pull out from the deal. And our great PM, Mukherji and Chidambaram says we will have indipendent policy in world affairs including that in case of Iran.
Hyde Act, passed by the US Congress to enable nuclear commerce with India, was a matter of domestic law in that country and had no binding on India.
He is 100 percent right Once we recongnised by IAEA as a nuclear state we have right to import Uranium from any one of country (Nuclear supplier group)at our terms. it provides permission the NSG to supply Uraniaum so Freinds dont Misled by reports that only American will Dictate there term this deal is only with americans In future Those having the deposits of Uranium will dictate there terms Like S Africas,Australia etc

dear friend, but the Agreement between IAEA and India is as between Not Nuclear State(India) And IAEA. and do you think at least for next 20-40 year These country are going to oppose the US.
Chidambaram is a cut throat lier. a.The Oxford Educated crook never tries to understand the problems at micro level b. He always gives some manipulated statistics about economy c.He kept quite all the while when inflation was rising and when it reached alarming proportions gives a statement that people have to be patient for the inflation to come down. Even the current inflation percentage Chidamabaram is telling is a blunt lie. d.Now he is lying about Hyde Act.

If you have been the following the news about Hyde act in the visual/printed/virtual media one can realise some of the critical points are vague giving room for different interpreations(even Nicholas Burns has mentioned this) by US laws. Now our Oxford educated FM says it is not binding. Other than lies what do you call this.
