Glass House effect?
by Ramesh Kapoor on Jul 22, 2008 09:19 PM  Permalink

The beauty about living in a glass house is that everybody can see your nudity. The question is not who is the most corrupt, brings to mind an elementary school story of Snow White. Mirror mirror on the wall, who is most corrupt of them all. And, then in the kingdom of the blind, one eyed man is the king. Apparently, it is only the one-eyed man who notices that there is corruption all around him. No one is a saint in politics, and surely not an Indian politician of whatever party he belongs to.

BJP crying hoarse

Surprising. BJP claims that UPA is luring its MPs. That is exactly what they have been doing all along. And even now in Karnataka. This is a perfect case of the Pot calling the Kettle black.

There is a minor difference. In Karnataka the MLAs have resigned and joined the BJP. If these MPs also do the same, it should be ok.

BJP

What is the fun of registering protest with a speaker who is far from being fair.
Moreover if BJP's MP's are lured by any party that means they have MPs who have a FOR SALE tag attached to them, meaning thereby that BJP is a bunch of corruption whose law makers are in search price for them. BJP had fielded corrupt thieves --- it is BJP's headache. What can the speaker do in a parliament where convicts are brought from jails to vote.

Couple of corrupt MPs lured by Congress means BJP has corrupt MPs. Then by same yardstick the whole of COngress parliment is what every body knows now. BJP never compromised like COngress to stay in power. This is desperate attempt from corrupt COngress.

In some indirect way most of BJP bashers seem to agree that BJP is far less corrupt compared to Congressis & Communists.

Aandhi:

Carry on mate.... If BJP had bought those MPs, then it would have proved Congress is a bunch of corruption, ain't it?...

As is the case in Karnataka?... :-)

Thanks for proving the point.... Now also tell me, you want a bunch of corrupt politicians from the corrupt party Congress to run this great nation India?.... :-)

Make up your mind, coz you have already given the underlying reasoning.... :-)
