Dear Rao,

As a congress supporter, you are the typical Sonia mama mia fan. Those who can neither understand anything by themselves or cannot understand when explained also are all Congressmen. Now, look at the stupidity and irony of your argument? From your name, you want the other to recognise that you are a Brahmin, you feel superior about it and yet accuse the other of being casteist. The Congress and the Commies have indeed trained you well on dialectism.

ha ha dude, I do not know what you are blabbering in a round-about way. BJP is basically a bania and a brahmin party. There is nothing derogatory about it. Some communities feel more at home in it. But look at his emphasis on lower caste night soil carrier. First of all look at the word 'lower'. And then you should know night soil carrier is banned in India. The way he taunted me about being a night soil carrier is a wilful offence and shows Indians need to grow further. I dont feel superior about being a Brahmin. And I absolutely dislike commies. I know our country needs reforms and liberalization and industrialization, FDI etc all those things which left are against. I also know our country needs nuclear energy as well. WHy am I even talking with a brainless fool full of nonsensical arguments anyway

Sour grapes by knickerwallahs.

The deal is for our children and their children and children after that. That is long term vision.

Inflation, notice the global commodity prices led by oil is plunging. This together with monsoons and demand-supply mgt, monetary tightening policies will see inflation retreating as bania supporters of BJP, now hoarding their stocks will start dumping them to avoid distress sales!

Russins, with their superior technology could minimise the destruction. But if it happens India, be rest assured that the entire are will be wiped out.

We know how things work here. If something happens, there will be a red-alert, and this will continue for a couple of days. We will be back to squre-one in no time.

Afzal should not be hanged since life in solidary prisonment isz worse then death, particularly when one is kept guessing when the time of gallows will come. But BJP wants to come in the aid of Afzal by hanging him at once.

This was admitted by Afzal himself. Saddam Hussein preferred gallows than be a prisoner for life.

All Muslim parties in parliament voted for a deal that was touted as anti-Muslim. Who voted against an anti-Muslim deal? BJP. That's all that happened yesterday

Two Can Play this Game!
by All Right on Jul 23, 2008 09:19 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

So who to believe what the price is? CPI says Rs 25 crores. BJP even claimed Rs 100 crores. Yet in the drama enacted by

BJP, only Rs 1 crore was displayed.

- So when a Congress MP defects to BJP - knickerwallahs say no bribes.

- When a SP MP defects to BSP, the Commies say no bribe. When Siddique defected to BSP, again no bribe.

- When JDS and Lok Dal defects to UNPA, both commies and knickerwallahs rub their hands in glee and say no bribes.

Only when a BJP MP defects to Congress party, then BJP & CPM join together to crow "Bribes, bribes"

Commies and Knickerwallahs should know that two can play any game.

At the time of Left withdrawal, the UPA-SP combine had 276 seats. Once the cross-voting pattern comes out, it will be

seen that there was equal defection from the UPA to the opposition. In fact, the UPA lost 1 vote.

Surely when the opposition plays dirty, you do not expect a ruling party not to protect its own interests, even responding in the same kind.

Fancy the BJP trying to take the moral high grounds. Just two weeks ago, their government induced 6 opposition MLAs to

defect. They were made to quit their seats and all made Ministers. Before that the BJP was short of 5 seats to a simple

majority. They bought all 6 independents, made 5 of them ministers.

The BJP should realize the old adage - People in Glass Houses should not throw stones

Here is how the US democracy functions in a similar case..
by QandA on Jul 23, 2008 09:08 AM  Permalink

In US a Congreessmen/Senetor sponsors a bill for voting.. The Senetaors i.e. elected reprentatives can vote as per their mind. They don't have to vote as per their party ideology..

Another main thing is THE RPEBLICAN OR THE DEMOCRATIC PARTIES DON'T GIVE TICKETS TO INDIVIDUALS. All you have to do is register as a Repblican or a Democrat and satisfy the minimujm criteria to be a nominee for a Senate or a post of President...

Long live powerful US constitution..

Societies are creted by the rich, the middle class and the poor just follow them...
The Quality of democracy is reflection of the Quality of Elite of a country...

There are VERY EASY SYSTEM SOLUTIONS to this horse trading is anybody OUT THERE INTELLIGENT WHO REALLY UNDERSTANDS DEMOCRACY...

Congress have been DUBUNKED!

Its a really a sad day for Indian democracy. What we witness in Parliament demonstrate the tawdriness of Party like Samajwadi

and Congress. The political DALAL like Amar Singh and Ahmed Patel are stigma for this nation.Congress and PM have been expose

Our Honorable PM goes on Record stating there is no horse trading and heintent to win the trust motion by democratic means.

Is bribing the MP is a democratic means?.

Whats more astounding the lousy justification given by Amar Singh. CNN-IBN which advertise itself the priest of Secularist

Media goes on record stating that they have evidence to vindicate the claim of BJP MP then why they are MUTE?. Doesnt it

demonstrate the clandestine proximity of CNN IBN towards Congress party. The entire Media credibility have come to a stalk.

I emphasis that PM should resign immediately on moral ground since its how a blatant fact that Sonia along with this

political advisory ahmed Patel orchestrated the whole episode of bribing the MP of BJP

SHAME ON CONGRESS.All educated people should come forward to expunge this corrupt and vicious Congress from power

If money was paid then what went wrong according to you.
Please do not shout now, it was important for the country to win even if it would have been from NDA or Mayawati I would have supported this. Congress is just a drop in the ocean

Has India won?
by Rajiv Shivashankar on Jul 23, 2008 09:02 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The UPA goevrnment may have 'won' the vote of trust, but the greatest loser is India. The nation has been humiliated by these buffoons in parliament, who are a disgrace to any society, civilised or otherwise. Congress and BJP have conclusively proved to the people that they are unfit to govern, and the less said of the third front, the better.
INDIA has always been conquered by invaders because it was internally divided, and one king, to get revenge, has invited invaders. This has happened from the days of Alexander to the British. It appears we have not learnt our lessons. The Left wants to sell us out to China, The Congress to the US on their terms, and the BJP to the highest bidder. What sort of government and parliament is this. It is a circus, and the tax department should ewnsure that parliament pays entertainment tax for this.
Cry, my nation, for there are no leaders left in the populace of 1 Billion human creatures inhabiting your land.
