Win but no use..
by Murugesan Venkatachalam on Jul 22, 2008 08:45 PM  Permalink

Since UPA finally decided to go a head with neculear deal almost at it's end of tenture make all of this effort may be in vain, because of
1. American parliment clearence & elections.
2. Iran problem.
3. Indian side further clearence & election.

It will be good if this deal will give prosperous to common Indian man by reducing his day to day expenses for essential commodities.

Regards
Venkat

Economic Devlopment
by Naveen Chandran on Jul 22, 2008 08:36 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Not that I want to revolt against America - but need to know our limits. And i believe the left has a point when they oppose certain things. When we say our economy is growing it means our Tata's, Ambanis, Birla's etc growing - it should be the opposite way - The day when the gap between the poor and rich would start reducing - I would believe we are starting to grow

I appreciate your concern about poors in our country and it is true that a development can not be a true development unless the porrest of this country get benifits of it.But my dear friend this problems needs to be dealt with better administration ,proper distribution of wealth, better tax gain from reachers and using it for wellfare of poors. This should not affect our stratagies of external affairs and long term goals of country.Leftiest are either hypocrates as they are using this excuse to fullfill their poletical ambitions or they lack long term vision.History is eye witness, leftist has never done anything good for any country,it is just an another type of extremist ideology.

I hope u dont come from those who belong to the school of thought that rich became richer and poor became poorer. Wealth has to be generated, only then can it be distributed.. u cant distribute poverty (That is what commies do.. they keep the people poor or they can't exist)

Looks like you couldn't digest UPA's win. Why are you linking N-deal with rising prices?

Victory of a gentleman
by VB on Jul 22, 2008 08:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Let us always see the victory of democracy and this time again victory of a gentleman. The politics has become impossible for good people but we will assure that hooligans do not loot us. We are for the country and will support all good leaders like Atal, Manmohan or Somnath. Such people are strength of our democracy. A gentleman amy look like a weak Pm but he is not for sure.

Beyond the dirty and politics of prostitutes, we need atomic energy very badly for the economic development of the country. That includes power supply to homes. Now that the communists had vehemently opposed the deal, there should not be power supply from the Central pool of atomic energy to the communist ruled states, particularly West Bengal. Let the people of that state or for that matter including Mayawati's state be deprived of power generated through atomic energy. Communist otherwise also does not require power. They are fit for living in the jungle as per the reflection of their behaviour. Let the people decide further course of action on completion of five years of rule.

You may be compared with Amar Singh for your cheap analogies. Not Dr. MM Sigh. For him India is first, then his post.
