Communists must at least shut up now otherwise they would become laughingstock. They had already lost credibility by going alongside BJP and opposing the Indo-US deal on whimsical grounds. More they speak now more they would lose ground beneath their feet.

Losing the confidence vote would have been bad. CPI-M was the biggest corrupting influence on the government and on the progress of the country. I don't like congress but I guess it is the better of the two evils.
