There are reports that a huge money was transferred from Italy to lure the independent and undecided MPs to vote in favour of the Govt. It's a shame for our nation that just to win a trust vote the ruling party is crossing all limits and bribing the MPs belonging to opposition parties. It's a temporary win for the govt. after a few months they will have to face the people. Earlier the Govt was controlled by Prakash karat and company. Now it will be controlled by AMAR, AMBANI, SHIBU SORAN.

Knickerwallahs are known for their love of Goebbelian communications techniques. Advani in his speech against the motion accused Nehru wanting to sign the NPT. Pranab Murkherjee literally caught him with his pants down. He retorted that how Nehru who died in 1962 could sign a NPT which came into force only in the 70s?
Now the enacted a drama to rub off some of the sheen of a UPA victory. The nation will not fall for this

Ha ha.. even you get it wrong buddy.. he died on 27 May and not 23 May. You are right "All Right". Advani also accused MMS of opposing the nuclear tests of 1998. MMS challenged him to go thru the records. He had never opposed the tests. He had questioned the govt's stupidity at not being prepared for the sanctions.
does not everyone remember how in jharkhand arjun munda and other bjp leaders had taken the 5 mla's and nearly put them in house arrest at the hotel 10th milestone in jamshedpur. doesn't any bjp party member remember this. They should feel ashamed while accusing Congress of horse trading. after all they had set the precursor to this on going fiasco.
The end conclusion is that the Indian politics has today become one dirty pond where every fish rather than trying to clean the pond is dirtying it further. God I miss Mr Vajpayee. He probably was the last respectable politician.
Hope Narendra Modi becomes the next PM and cleans up all this dirty mess.
The BJP was truly in a bind. It could not have the UPA win. That would make a Mayawati victory.
Neither could it let UPA win the trust vote. That would ensure UPA as the frontrunners to win the next Lok Sabha polls.
So what could it do?
It didn't make any efforts to stop its suscept members from defecting to the UPA. On the other hand to camouflague this, it enacted a drame. Smuggled a briefcase of one crore ruppes into parliament and enacted a drama - lowering the prestige of the country in the eyes of the world.
The body language of a deepily distraught Advani summed it all - senile as he is, he knew his dreams of Prime Ministership is smashed.
The BJP ended up as bad losers. From claiming it was the front-runner to winning the next elections, it has been reduced to almost to a also ran fo the next elections. The NDA is disintegrating and most of its constituents would very soon consolidate around the UNPA.
