India should sign nuclear deal.
by Mongesh Madhavan on Jul 23, 2008 12:24 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Whoever is the prime minister. but if india signs nuclear deal then we won't be able to test nuclear weapons.

and also we have to disclose our 14 nuclear reactor centres to US. and we have to show them how much production we are getting from there.

I was with nuclear establishment for some time and can tell u this much... there is nothing to hide in nuclear power plants which just uses uranium fuel and generates power....and there is no need to test any more unless there new nuclear weapon designs .....and if so break the deal

so then why do US nuclear reactors are not shown on google earth. or why donot they publicly expose how much energy they are producing.

India is developing nation and if we stop research and development now. then we would become a story of past.

No, there is a clear distinction between civilian and military nuclear reactors in the deal. India currently has around 100-120 nuclear war heads (conservative estimates). What we need is better delivery mechanism to deliver those nuclear weapons than more war heads itself. Anyways if we feel we need to test again we can do that. Its just that the deal will be off

Win for Corporate People
by BahujanHitay BahujanSukhay on Jul 23, 2008 12:18 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear Friends, when Mr.Ambani met PM that day onwards it was clear that the PM asked Ambanis to flood corporate money into houses of MPs. Small fishes were swallowed by the corporate power. Since BJP represent corporate culture they got their share from direct US business people. Thus the WIN of UPA is defeat of Indian Democracy of liberty and sovereignity.

BJP lost today
by sanjay on Jul 23, 2008 12:16 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I have been a long time BJP supporter but today I was glad UPA government won and here is why

--- traditional middle class and upper middleclass BJP supporter have been in support nuclear deal. they want stronger ties with US. Even the NSA during NDA govt. Mr. Mishra said the deal was best possible deal the country could get. We all knew BJP was opposing just for the sake of opposing and would have taken less if they were in govt.

--- standing in the side with the anti-national red china supporters commie's is disgusting

With the commies gone I hope in the next 9 months the PM pushes for labour and insurance reforms. The country will be very thankful to him

Its very not beneficial for india to go with nuclear deal.

We will be always under a watch by US, and we won't be able to test nuclear weapons anymore.

Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the floor of UN has announced a unilateral ban further testing of nuclear weapons. Infact they also wanted to sign the CTBT. Top scientist have cited that we don't need further testing.

First of all I never said that India doesn't need research anymore. Ofcourse we do. I said we don't need nuclear test anymore. Understand the difference. Dr. APJ Kalam is someone who has gone on record saying that we don't need to test anymore

spreading indias past back ?? whats that suppose to mean
