MMS
by Girish Rao on Jul 21, 2008 12:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

is one of the few statesmen left in India. Come on BJP abstain from the deal and spare Indians the trauma of letting Left and Maya rule us. If Left and Maya rule us we are going to go back by 10 years atleast. Statues, quotas, sale of TajMahal, Yamuna river will be given importance rather than growth and development. If BJP abstains now, it has a very good chance of winning the next elections, if elections are held now, Behenji will assume power.

Let good sense prevail on politicians
by Guest on Jul 21, 2008 12:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is a shame that Dr Manmohan Singh who holds high regard in indian public is involved in such low level politics of bargaining and rewarding. It would have been better on his part to seek a fresh mandate from people of India. His goverment has become one issue government. He should be concentrating on issues like inflation. Dr Singh, learn from Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He chose to seek a fresh mandate than get involved in low level politics of bargaining. Come out of shadow of Sonia Gandhi who can't even speak properly. I doubt if she has any thought process of her own.

The deal is already done. Hence the question of seeking a mandate does not arise. It will be too late for the deal as taking it through the mill in the USA will be very difficult. All this is being done to get the deal indirectly ratified. Really, one had great regard for Dr. MMS but it looks like he is being less than forthright here.

The Joke part of the comment is that a person now collects illegal votes who has not a single vote in Lok Sabha. Deal with Bush is easy job for him; but future deal with people will be bleak.

Manmohan = Sonia's Lapdog, America's Lapdog
by san man on Jul 21, 2008 12:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This same Manmohan Singh pushing for this N-Deal, is the same Manmohan Singh who brightly said, "BUT ISN'T PAKISTAN TOO A VICTIM OF TERRORISM?"
This is the level of the man's education and his patriotism. Just think about what kind of man that is. This man is going to be trusted with our security? No way. We will not be able to test nuclear weapons again, because of him. That's criminal. Congress is selling out the country, just like they did with Cheney's Dhabol Power Project, to line their pockets at the expense of the people.

My Dear if any person can point a finger at Manmohan Singh & Abdul Kalam Aazad then no body in India can be honest and patriotic .

You are in which standard of primary school Mr APMAN ? Dhabhol power project is in Maharshtra. There is very interesting fact about this deal. BJP and Shivsena were shouting that they will throw this ENRON in Arabian sea once they will be in power but surprisingly they signed the deal with ENRON with the same terms and conditions.
