The Great Indian Circus one witnessed during last one week has come to an end but with certain tragedies inflicted on the Constitution,Govt.& how our system is filled with corruption was exposed to the fullest,whether it is true or false can be debated at a great length with the Speaker setting of enquiry into the same.What will come out of it is anybody's guess, I might add that till date all the corruption charges against Mr. Lalu Yadav,Miss. Jayalalitha,Mayawti & the rest have not seen the light of the day.We are very keen to order the enquiry but the system itself is failed and is doomed. The only silver lining from this entire drama which has unfolded is that the Govt. has survived and it can go ahead with the much needed Nuclear Deal but with must needed India specific Safe Riders.I salute Dr.Manmohan Singh & Mrs.Sonia Gandhi for taking the bold step and not worrying about the toppling of the Govt. by the Left,NDA,BSP & Others alike. Yesterday after the victory of Dr.Manmohan Singh & Co. Miss.Mayawati had the audacity to go on record saying the BJP & others did not topple the Govt. because they were afraid of her becoming the next PM.She was heard saying that she is the daughter of Dalits and this could not be taken by other parties. I wonder why she is cooking up this theory & what has she done for her people except giving them more corruption,rule by her thumb,having everyone at her mercy. What were the Left doing for the last two years? Did Mr Karat think that they would control Congress by remote control? Its like the mouse controling the Cat. Do they not know about the real intentions of the Congress? If these guys had known all along that Congress would at the most opportune moment,just before Bush's term is over in the White House, Dr Singh, the American agent in India will go ahead with the deal come what may. Its a frait accompli that Dr Manmohan Singh is about to carry out if he survives the floor test in the ongoing confidence motion passed by the PM in the parliament. Left's veil threat and wait & watch policy has caused more damage than Congress's own vested policy. Its like having a thief as your copassenger. You know he is a thief yet you try to be friendly with him and keep threatening that he would be turned to the police so long he does some dirty work for you. The Thief at the right moment suddenly decamps with the loot, and you regret for putting your trust in him. The left has exactly done the same. In the name of Secular unity to oppose BJP and NDA, they joined hands with a corrupt Congress party. Did they suddenly forgotten about Bofors, Quattrachi, Harshad Mehta's crores in suitcase, fertiliser scandal etc. The Left thought of enjoying power and position without responsibility at the centre. If the Left had parted company when the PM failed to clarify the Hyde Act, IAEA, 123 agreement etc. that would make certain conditions harsh.

If only the Left had remained vigilant and parted company much before, a year ago atleast, India would not have been pushed to such a crisis on an important issue that will decide our fate in the future. The whole deal is a $100 Billion project. The burden of this money has to be repayed for centuries, since leave alone the principle amount we wont be able to pay the interest that will continue to burden us over the years. Even if India continues to have a steady growth rate of 9% GDP, our economy will remain diluted. Most of the cream of our labour would be siphoned by the US and Europe. While we remain poor as always, these white guys will relax on the beach. They will continue to earn automatic money without much work to do and drive in swanky cars and live a luxury life. All this courtsey the India Inc. The Left too must share the blame for the damage caused. After all they were a party to the whole deal. They cannot plead ignorance or helplesness and blame the Congress and the BJP for all the wrongs in the country. The Left are as much at fault. They gave Manmohan a long rope and had put faith in their own intelligence with wishful thinking that the Congres would sit only when they want to and stand only whyen they tell them so. They were particularly Karat and bardhan who never won an election, were feeling like Kings with real power but without responsibility. They love appearing on TV and talk very big. The Indian public are not fools.
I do not understand why the 123 agreement needs to be ratified by the US legislature (american congress) but not by Indian legislature (lok sabha)? Is is reflective of the Indian executive's arrogance or fears that the deal would never be cleared by our parliamentarians?
First, India has voted agaisnt a friendly Nation like IRAN in IAEA when it could easily abstain from voting... secondly, India under IAEA pressure has declared a bifurcation in its nuclear facilities for civil and defence ... and finally now Dr. Manmohan Singh is desperate to clinch the neclear deal with US at any cost. Is it not a strong indication that India under Dr. Manmohan Singh is trying to bring US too closer. Tomorrow after the deal is there any gurantee that the UN (read US) watchdog IAEA will not send its Inspectors to inspect India's all nuclear facilities and take all vital inputs? What will be India's national interest then? To expose all its nuclear facilities to the US dogs or to kick them out of Indian domain?

Its prakash karat ego is speaking, who is lier.. Plesae Left tell us five good achivement they done for India and Not for china if the speak true then ok........... Otherwise what left is speaking for last fifty years and now sudden intrest in nation, they just want to topple goverment and not having any alternative country development option not at all......... So if Manmohan Sing speaked any blant lia to left i thank them that they told any indian secreats to these antinationals........
