If the deal wins, one should appreciate the heroic stand taken by the one man,Prakash karat, WHO GAVE HIS EVERYTHING FOR WHAT HE SINCERELY BELIEVED IN. WHAT A MAN!!!!!!!!! He will stand tall among those cameleons, who just do not have his conviction and determination.

Damn it ... you call him a great man, who along with his so called comrades are ready to tie up with Mayawati and nominate her to the post of PM. I am also from Kerala and have great respect for Marxist leaders from that state who will never ever back her to be PM of our country.

Prakash Karat gave up the power he should not have had and was only using it to blackmail the govt along with Bardhan who on the eve of the last elections had openly said, "This govt will stand when we say stand and sit when we say sit"! To hell with such rascals! MMS may give up what he legitimately had - the Prime Minister ship of the country - What a man! What a way to go!
Although it is preposterous to assume that the speaker has been purchased, I wonder what makes him stick to the chair. I hope he is not there to stop the fall of the government in view of his avowed anti BJP stance which is stronger than the discipline his party is proud of. It is a different matter if the govt does not fall and will be able to cobble up the majority. But....

If UPA win the vote of confidence, Somnath Chatterji will quit speaker post, I am sure. Needless to say if UPA loose in the confidence voting, then also speaker will loose his chair. As a senior politician he is trying to highlight the fact the there is some thing much more than politics in the Constitiution.

They are our elected leaders making the worst news headlines during these days and there is no functioning of the Government for the past 2-3 weeks. I think they are doing a mockery of the Democracy. We the people of India request all the political leaders to put an end to this drama and keep silent till the Vote of confidence is over. We need the Government to function 365 days an year and not according to the will of the political parties.
