All the above six betrayals are part of a conspiracy to make the outcome of the trust vote irrelevant to an international deal which, as the BJP has pointed out in its statement of July 17, 'has serious implications for India's national security in perpetuity.' The BJP has rightly asked the government why it has hurriedly sent a team of officials to meet the IAEA secretariat in Vienna for a meeting on July 18 -- barely four days before the trust vote in Parliament on July 22. It has also demanded that 'all further action in respect of the nuclear deal be suspended by the government until it proves its majority on the floor of the House, in keeping with the moral standards and political norms of parliamentary democracy.'
But does the Congress care for moral standards when, according to CPI leader A B Bardhan, it is indulging in horse-trading by offering Rs 25 crore to each non-UPA MP willing to support the government? When it is trying to seek the support of five MPs imprisoned for their role in heinous crimes?
And does the prime minister care for norms of parliamentary democracy when he has, with his brinkmanship, destabilised his own government and forced his party to resort to the most corrupt practices known in the history of Parliament in order to ensure its survival on July 22. The only thing he seems to care for is laddoos in both hands; and he seems to think that he will have at least one, the nuclear deal, even if he loses the other -- his government.
N deal has to become a reality like IT, auto and services in India. This will bring proud to India. Any Govt without left would run much better and now BSP another spoiler. We request polititians to work for the country and support PM who is dedicated for the cause of India. This is one more golden opportunity.

I also hope so, but cannot say anything until tomorrow, all the opportunistic parties have alligned together to defeat the deal.
Is UPA thinking about INDIA'S growth..If we see last 3 yrs no develop step taken by UPA..lt thinks to take a credit by signing of N-Deal.INDIA needs to develop internally. Today we have good resource to stand on our feet not depending others...what has BJP shown in his 5yrs stand is significant to all let it be Water related issues , National Highways...
BJP is a better part under Atal Bihari Vajpayee...which has a vision to INDIA.

What is the vision Sonia had when she pulled out Vajpayee's govt. Power Hungry = Sonia = Advani = Maya. But never Vajpayee indulge in horse trading.

It is not so simple, otherwise commies would not fall for it. BJP will first study the deal, make it right on many points and then do the deal after due thinking its pros and cons.
I am really shocked at BJP's attitude. They were a strong backer of the nuclear deal & now they are actually trying to bring down a government which is pushing the nuclear deal. Its a matter of national shame.

This note of conidence is not for Nuke Deal. This is against inflation, rising prices, greater gap between haves and have nots, corruption, failure of government in their policy to fight terrorism, Kashmir issue etc.
No PM has risked his Govt for the national cause but Mr. Manmohan did. This is a land mark decision and will prove benefitial for India. His past record is also without any selfish motive and he is a dedicated person.

Yes. Becuase of him only, PVNR gone for JMM bribery as Left was against MMS. He did earlier with FM and nothing he did this time except this N-deal. What is the great on him.He is like Karna with Duryothana(sonia)
Well Mr. Indian you are so called Indian and spoiling the national dignity. I think you don’t understand simple political game; there is no matter like Mulla or Pandit. If you put your brain in this matter then you found the biggest enemy of this ‘N’ deal is BJP and it’s Alliance and I rather say they are not against the deal although they wanted Power that’s it. Why people like you don’t understand our country’s dirty politics and put all blames on Muslim’s. See the ratio of how much seat are Muslim having in the parliament they cant do any thing. However I am not saying its Hindu’s because politician does not have any religion.
Enough of this Hindu-hating opportunists herd under the leadership of Nehru-clan. I hope people have enough of them and get kicked out in next elections coming soon.
All the defections including that of Shahid Siddiqui shows it is not UPA but UNPA and NDA that are indulging in the defection game. But Shahid Siddiqui's defection has made the game clearer:
a. The Left's game-plan is to foster Mayawati on the nation b. As the UNPA gains momentum, BJP's prospect of victory shrinks. What follows maybe is mass desertion by regional parties, particularly of NDA towards UNPA c. The deal is being opposed as anti-Muslim
Within these re-alignments taking place, the BJP and NDA strategically are covertly encouraging abstentions. A UPA win will burst the UNPA bubble as the reward for all Mayawati's poaching of MPs will be that she will be tried for corruption.
