Please don't give such a suggestion. Already we hear the rumblings of corruption in the Army, which was never there about 10 years ago. Just let the Army retain its honesty. Power will corrupt it and then we will have no one left to protect the Indian citizen. What we need to do is to change our democratic system. We need to have accountability as in the US system. Leaders must come to parliament on the basis of a programme or agenda and the people must be vigorous in monitoring these leaders.

UP and Bihar
by Sameer Bhagwat on Jul 20, 2008 04:30 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Its high time UP and Bihar is given only 5 or 10 seats. They should not decide the future of India. All they have contributed to India are crooks, politicians and bhaiyaas.. useless people.

Perhaps the American system is better for India. More power should be given to the Rajya Sabha. Each state should be given equal seats for the Rajya Sabha irrespective of size. Also, a presidential system similar to the US would also be better for India with the predident selected by a national vote by the people. A president with veto powers would add more stability to the country than the current parliamentary circus where some parties such as the commies can hijack the nation's interests and engage in antinational policies.

People talking about her money which is a drop in ocean compared to other leaders who have in swiss or other banks. At least she is paying advance Income Tax on it and has the record of each and single rupee earned. she is the leader of more than 500 millions- dalits, backwards, poors, minorities.

She has the full right to be P.M. not only those supported by mass murderers like Bush.

Just Desserts

Samajwadi now gets to suffer the consequences of trusting the selfish Muslim vote bank, which is now quickly stabbing them in the back. There is no honour among thieves. It's good to see these crooks stabbing each other, as this will then reduce the overall population of the crooks. Muslims will not provide any answer on how to generate electricity for India, but they will only demand a greater quota share of the available electricity for themselves.

BJP doesn't oppose better relations with the US. The BJP opposes sacrificing India's nuclear security. Commies don't worry about sacrificing India's nuclear security, they only worry about improved relations with the US.

India needs to trust its PM, the most educated man in the post ever. He would never sacrifice the nation's security for US relations. Our neclear facility is Pak's targeted. Using the facility for the benefit of the nation and its citizens is a noble cause. I hope the PM surives and take the nation further to progress. Jai Hind

perfect example
by Sameer Bhagwat on Jul 20, 2008 02:21 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Just like the story in Panchtantra, I think the Monkey (BSP third front) is getting powerful due to the quarrel between the two Cats (Congress and BJP).

Though, I hate Congress and the Nehru regime as much as anything else in this world, I think nothing should give power to Mayavati and her pseudo-socialist ideas. Mayavati, if comes to power, will be the greatest disaster India will see - especially for the more educated, more intelligent and more merited class of the society. The majority population (non-Dalit Hindus) should all vote (assuming there's an election coming our ways) agains Mayavati and anthing pro-Mayavati.

Best way to smash Mayawati is to break up UP. Uttar Pradesh is an artificial state to begin with, which is why it's so disproportionately large. National parties cannot always be looking over their shoulder to see what Mayawati is doing. Break UP, and the Mayawati problem is finished. There is no justification for the continuation of UP.
