All these kala-bulee is for the sake of just 10% max of total energy at a total cost of 3 lakh crores of rupees scheduled to be spent in 20 years crippling the financial system of India. The waste disposal and safety against radiation hazard is the biggest problem -technically and financially. Twenty years from now Uranium will be a rare material!! The congress is in for any kind of back-door deal to gain support from anybody in the parliament.
I hope there are some congress men still there who can influence the leadership to change the attitude. It is unpardonable to divide society vertically for the sake of a N-deal -'sign-off' of our sovereignty and freedom. All the good works done by congress will be made opaque by this single act. Let the present congress leaders emulate the old generations of congress leaders who lead freedom movement. At the moment I can only pray to God to give them sense and allow them to think without prejudice and biases.
Why this 'undue haste'.
Let a VIDURA be born in congress to guide them.
Prestige of an individual is nothing when we talk of NATIONAL INTEREST.
The alliance in trouble is certainly UPA. It is still short of some numbers. The gap may widen or reduce depending upon the morality of the parties concerned on the Nuke deal. All indications are that PM will resign on 22nd morning but Congress denied it. Congress says it has the comfortable strength to win. The Left also feel that UPA may scrape through. Let this happen as the nation is waiting with baited breath. Its a public posturing by Congress. But fact is otherwise. There is a defection in SP, some are undecided on both sides, say in SAD, where some MPs may abstain or vote for the Govt. BJD too is facing the same problem with 3 MPs onthe side of the Govt. Shive Sena will be a spoil sport for NDA. JD(S) will support the Govt. These are the permutation and combination and dynamics of arthimatic may change on the D-Day. BJP camp is also not happy. It made a tactical move asking the PM to resign having learnt that it has no numbers to vote out the Govt. Rajnath Singh, BJP President spoke his mind when he said that in view of the large scale defections, horse trading, cross voting,it is better to call for an early elections. Political Observers feel that BJP has given hope and its camp is on the losing side. That is why all these talks of philosophy to save the eroding faith on the institution of Parliament, etc. Its a hectic activity rather frenzied one for all concerned. Beneficiaries being fence sitters who are out to get maximum advantage of the precarious situations.
All the defections including that of Shahid Siddiqui shows it is not UPA but UNPA and NDA that are indulging in the defection game. But Shahid Siddiqui's defection has made the game clearer:
a. The Left's game-plan is to foster Mayawati on the nation b. As the UNPA gains momentum, BJP's prospect of victory shrinks. What follows maybe is mass desertion by regional parties, particularly of NDA towards UNPA c. The deal is being opposed as anti-Muslim
Within these re-alignments taking place, the BJP and NDA may re-consider their vote. Abstentions maybe the order of the game
NUKE DEAL IS IN INTEREST OF ENERGY HUNGRY INDIA AND I'M SURE MOST OF THE MP'S/PARTIES,INCLUDING CPM KNOW BUT DUE TO POLITICAL REASON AND GAIN FOR THEIR OWN & PARTY INTEREST,THEY ARE NOT COING IN OPEN SUPPORT OF THE DEAL.REMEMBER CPM WILL ALWAYS OPPOSE US OFFER/POLICY/MOVE-RIGHT OR WRONG-IT DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM- SANDIPAN.BALI AL-KHOBAR SAUDI ARABIA
GOD SAVE INDIA, IF EVER MAYAWATI BECOMES PM. INDIA WILL BECOME UTTER PRADESH,, WITH ALL THE CORRUPTION AROUND, EVEN FOR AN ORDINARY PERSON. WHAT AN UNFORNUNATE SITUATION.. BECAUSE OF BJP'S ANTI NANTIONAL STAND,,

MMS is going to resign ahead of trust vote.It was game plan of congress and all development are as good as congress thought.Bad politics.Congress cant win genereal election only by this single issue.
MP should be left free to take a choice on the national interest issues in the parliament but keep control on their corruption approach if any. In India has come long way and still distance to travel. We are sure that we will forge ahead only successfully.
