This CPI-backed Naxal-Maoist insurgency has been rearing its ugly head for nigh over five decades, yet only now it's become 'apparent' to the brainless idiot netas for the need to have a 'comprehensive'(whatever that means) strategy to combat this menace. Maybe the CM (the PM is too busy saving his own derriere) could scour the universe for some expert help- maybe he could ask the govt of Pitcairn Islands to send their greatest anti-insurgency experts to sort out this situation, once and for all. No??
