Even Saudi is not folowing the rigid version of Islam now. A new liberal University is coming up in Saudi (King Abdulla University of Science and Technology) at an estimated cost of US$ 10 billion where co-education will be allowed and also head-scarf is not compulsory. The teachers wsill be from Western countries. Otherwise going out without veil in Saudi is a punishable offence and their "moral police" in really notorious. It is only the Indian muslims who are trying to be "more loyal than the King"!
