Smart Move by BJP
by lingambaba on Jul 17, 2008 09:19 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is not the right time to be in Power, as world economy is crumbling and every country is sturggling to survive and sustain its economy.

Who so ever is in power anywhere in world will face a complete wipe off situation of elections are held.

For 100% of common man it is the govt in power who is responsible for the economy crisis.

BJP leadership understands that if fresh elections are held they will be voted to power with absolute majority. And this is the best chance for BJP to come to power as inflation is at its peak. Oil prices are not going to come down and US and Europe recession are all going to get stronger day by day...

Get Absolute majority and rule for 5 years, economy is bound to bounce back within 5 years, so those in power can claim that they reverted the situation.

It is a cyclic process, the result of current govt achievements will come out after 5-8 years and not now.

It is work of BJP govt that cross border terrorism is at its lowest percentage.

Similarly the economy boom was handy work of Mr Rao.

Better infra-structure, roads, rail roads are all work of BJP Govt.

I am neither supporter of congress nor BJP, my personal thought is NO issue if we have scams and politicans make money only request is please make some fruitful contribution as well.

We do not expect an Lal Bahadur Sastri in 2008, but atleast expect someone like PVR.

what's wrong with having elections on schedule? when you bring down the govt., be ready to take on the responsibility. the elections will not happen, even if that's what BJP wants

regional parties will forge an alliance and put a govt. and a PM who will have some two dozen MPs and enjoy outisde support from congress and commies ...

what kind of precarious situation does that put India in? like chandrashekhar govt. like gujaral, like deve gowda

BJP should let UPA complete its term. Don't bask in the misery of Indian people.

BJP-NDA, other oppostion parties and the nation is seeking fresh elections, if govt losts confidence motion. Once the govt looses motion, they have no right to continue. If no other parties claims to form govt, President will ask PM to be caretaker govt till time new loksabha formed by fresh elections (within the loksabha time limit). It is not oppostion's duty to save a govt, which is adament to bullduze their pet US project without caring peoples sentiments. It is govt's duty to save their govt.

Isn't it the Congress that brought the nation to this stand still? Didn't they know how Left would react if they go ahead with the N-Deal? I am not saying we should not get Nuclear Energy from other countries. But why so much secracy about it? If it was any other democratic country, such a deal would be well discussed with all the parties.

Instead, Congress wanted glory, saying that they implemented the deal all by themselves. It is cheap politics with no regard for national security. If they knew that the deal will not harm Indians, then they should have done this much earlier. Not when elections are around. Its blooody cheap.

WE R STILL A DEVELOPING NATION WILL ALWAYS REMAIN SO IF THEY CONTINUE. BJP HAS NOT RULED FOR FULL 5 YRS. I THINK THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN A CHANCE. THE RISK IS WORTH TAKING. THEY SHOULD GET A CLEAR MANDATE FROM US SO THAT PARTIES LIKE THE LEFT, SP OR BSP DO NOT INTERFERE N STOP OUR COUNTRY'S PROGRESS. ITS A REQUEST TO ALL OF U TO GIVE A CLEAR MANDATE THIS TIME ATLEAST. First of all, I am neutral and I dont support BJP or the Congress. I support the party that has a better manifesto. Now comign to your point Mr. Siddharth Dedhia, my friend, you've made a statement that the Congress has not done anything in 50 years. Let me remind you that Pakistan and India got their Independence at the same hour, look how ahead we the Indians have come and see where Pakistan is today. If Congress had not done anything, that would NOT have happened. Plus, since they were performing, the people elected them time and again. Sorry to say, when I supported Atalji and voted for the BJP, the end result was that they were booted out and they could not even get back into power.
PS: Please think over.

Should we start with how they lost PoK? Or may be we should start with their losing Aksai Chin? May be go on to Emergency, the forced sterilizations and other excesses and graduate to Bofors and how Quattarochi was allowed to get away with his ill gotten loot. Volker is probably forgotten since they found a sacrificial goat. Let us wait and see if the JMM bribery scam is repeated again next week. What about the anti-Sikh riots in 1984 in which no one has been punished? Can we forget the " memorable " remark on the riots "When a tree falls, the earth shakes"?

Sorry, too many.

Not that I have any particular love for the BJP, but the moral posturings of the Congress under Sonia is simply ridiculous.

If u are a congress supporter ro a Muslim I dont blame u. It is ur right to support what ever u want But dont talk like a politician in this forum. IA hijacking did not happened over night. It happened because of many border related problems and kashmir issue for which Congress is the reason as they ruled the country for decades. BJP did a wonderful Job in the given 5 yrs. Tell me. just to secure Mufthi Muhammad syed's daughter,(Though it was a fake kidnap orchestered by Mufti) congress released terrorists. There is nothing wrong that BJP did by releaseing Mullah umar to secure Innocent Indians from IC814 at kandahar. Our citizens are more precious than these Bas... Muslim fundamentals. Even if u keep these terrorists what will u do. For eg. what congress did with Afzal Guru. They are playing again vote bank politics there. Loan shark dont talk like a politician here. I am a Hindu and I support BJP. It is not because I believe BJP will uplift Hindus at the behest of non-Hindus. It is their will to uplift the entire nation that is appealing to people like me. They concentrate on building roads and infrastructure rather than providing quota for non-Hindus.
Tell me, how different is Congress's policies from Mughals and British when it comes to treating people based on their religion? It is only natural that evangelical countries will pump in enough money to make parties like Congress rule India. Well fell into the trap of British once. And we are doing that again. Its a pity.

The truth and ISI
by frankfurt boy on Jul 17, 2008 09:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why would BJP pull this govts leg. Because they made a deal with ISI. Pak does not want the US to be an Indian partner. This will have an everlasting effect in their existence. BJP top levels made a secret meet in Gujarat last week to discuss the ISI offer. Members of ISI was also present to finalize the deal and media could not cover the whole events.
ISI have two advantages with this deal,
(1) they will make sure that India will not make any deal especially nuke deal with USA
(2) to destabilize the Indian Govt and economy.
Then What is BJPs advatage.
They can come to power in few months.
People awake and act.
