When we take some allopathic medicine, we know that there would be side effects also, but still we take the medicine because otherwise the survival itself would become difficult. Likewise, today Nuclear energy is important for the country and we should not be bothered of the side effects

Do you know that, to have one Nuclear reactor in place, it will take 4 years ? and the generated energy will cost 30 times than the energy produced from Coal ?

n how long do u expect coal reserves to support us ??? with oil n other fuels recording spirallin high prices...only such sources can help us... i agree it will be costly but atleast we will have some thing to support us instead of sittin in darkness...
wind , solar n hydro projects are unreliable as they are climate dependent...we cant rely on them

Yes thats the point, we have to spend 250 Billion $ to have 10 Nuclear plants in 10 years time. The developed world is engaging heavily in R&D to find relaible alternative energy. ( commercially viable and weather independednt) and we are begging for their outdayed technology We should put our efforts for R&D so that atleast we will be par with west in new greene energy area

There is no reliable technology other than the nuclear one.. People are working on the other ways.. We need energy NOW. You know the meaning of NOW?.. we cannot wait for a distant star.. Catch a bus and move on..

The bay area ( silicon valley) will be spending 2 triilion $ in teh coming 5 years for finding alternative green energy ( including companies like google) and we are fighting here for outdated Nuclear Technology.

Mr. Raj, India doesnt have that kinda money to spend on R&D...we need power soon, not after 30 years. R&D is non-reliable...results might or might not come.So we need nuclear energy. Explain one thing, if nuclear energy is outdated why does France use it? They are a developed nation right? Because right now the best 'available' alternative is nuclear energy. Yes, this will benefit US & European firms but it will benefit Indians too. In a deal, both parties need benefits, otherwise it can never be sucessful.
If Google and co. manage to develop an alternative, it will b great but what if they dont...we remain in the dark while LA and NYC are lit up like its Diwali every night!

1)If after so much R&D also we dont got source. 2)Who said u nuclear source is out dated detail we dont have 5% technology of that outdated product. 3)We are loosing lot big investment because of power crisis. 4)Go to vidharbha and see farmers are commiting sucides as no rain and no power to cultivate land there is lot of vilages getting only 4 hrs power...... 5)if no power what u will do with all this already installation........
It seems all this small parties are dreaming about a general election and an alliance government. So may be they can get some ministerial post or something. If it happens, it will be the greatest disaster for India in next few years. Alliance governments are always aimless, senseless and multi policy governments. Only thing will all party will eat there shares on our(normal peoples) account. Wee can only pray for India..
how will the actual trust vote take place? is it through secret ballot? or just by counting the raised hands of members? Anyone please explain the actual procedure.

Dr. Kalam is not a Nuclear Scientist at all. His expertise in Rocketry. He should not have allow himself to dragged into political slugfest.
The congress rumour mill along with RSS suppoeted English media is working overtie to disgrace left. But left will rise now and rule India ,Even foriegn publications are taking note of the fact of Left ascendency,A well known international newspaper Xin HUa has scientifically predicted that soon whole of India will be ruled by left forces. Also it was far back predicted in chinese ancient texts that A land surrounded by 3 oceans will be great friend of China and defeat ecvil designs of country which lies to far west. When told abt the reports a a staunch coomunist leader in Bengal remarked that By grace of Godess Durga we will soon rule the country and no one will stop us

Are Sahadevan,
You are day dreaming. For the next couple of centuries, it will only be a dream for fools like you that the communist will ciome to power at the centre. Yes, may be in Kerala & Bengal and also in Tripura. No chance anywhere else.
Communists has the habit of opposing anythign for the sake of opposition. They have no ideology or never consider the merits of the case. For that matter all other opposition parties are like that. We need the nuclear deal sealed for the sake of the country which why the communist do not understand. Who is Karat or Yachuri or Mr. Bardhan to represent millions of people in the country and to say no to nuclear deal.
Petty politics. Pay them Rs.50 crores each. They will come around and you can mediate for the same.

Only yours and the Commie parties' mentors can predict like this, KKS. The BJP also predicts. Psepologists also predict. Someone is right. When that happens that person is called an expert. So don't feel elated by the news.
Where did Goddess Durga come in from? The Commie's closet? They don't believe in Godessses!

Yes right .. right and right
Left will rule Howra area (ONLY) definately.
If you believe in Goddess Durga, she is herself fed up of these Left people and would like to kill them to remove the communalism from India and especially from Bengal.
Whether win or loose, how it matters to Congress, they will heading care taking govt. Maximum elections will be preponed. A very good scene is created, parties have divided in two groups. Very good for democracy.
