People are singing on Congress at Restaurants, parks, streets, buses and trains where they meet. Congress smell goes globally. Smelly Congress will reach at the climax before Elecions.
This is the attitude of the political class when in power specially when you know its election time round the corner. Or when you know your party or the public will not vote for you, then 25crore will seem like a boon in disguise. We have to have a class introduced from std 1 to 10th as national charecter hammered into our children so that they have some education and love, respect for the nation. But alas the congress will see this as being communal.
