At the time when Indian politics is losing a lot on it's character we sincerely need people like Shri Somnath Chatterjee. He has created a special position for himself in the history of India's Parliament. A man of his status needs not be told by the party what he must do and how he must behave. He is one of those few who have been responsible to bring the 'Left' to todays status. If the present days' managers of the Left-Parties can just manage to keep up the standards and values created by people like Mr Somnath Chatterjee the party may continue to flourish. Few of the present managers of Left remember the sacrifices made by their past leaders while enjoying the good times bestowed upon them only because they are part of a particular lobby. And, not because they created it all. Some people tend to forget fast the history and background that forms a foundation to any great affair. Anyway, I personally, in the capacity of an Indian am all for Shri Somnath Chatterjee. He has all the right to continue as the Speaker of the Lok-Sabha. His position is not some thing that can be questioned. He has been elected unopposed that clearly shows respect of the house irrespective of parties or people in the house. Politics must be kept away from certain positions ... 'Lok-Sabha speaker' is one of those. May he set an example for the people who form part of this gracious house in the times to come.

Well said. Mr. Somnath is a great leader and CPI parties need his judgment during this crisis in the Parliament. His replacement will be a totally biased person towards Congress.

In Kolkata, if one speaks any word which goes against this MINISTER-TURNED-CRIMINAL, the person will be sent to HEAVEN by the paid Hooligans of Subhas Chakraborty. For an instance, an area in the vicinity of Subhas Chakraborty's residence, is known as Mohishbathan. The persons residing in the slums of that area are HOOLIGANS and are being paid by Subhas Chakraborty. One may verify the veracity of the fact stated above! Police, administration in Kolkata, particularly Salt Lake as well as many parts of North 24 Parganas, are under the direct influence of Subhas Chakraborty. if one needs any favour from him, he must have to pay a huge amount to Subhas Chakraborty's associates! Subhas Chakraborty IS NOT A MARXIST, NOR A COMMUNIST; HIS MAIN GOAL IS TO FETCH MONEY FROM BUSINESSMEN, COMMON PEOPLE AT ANY COST!! Subhas Chakraborty's act and connivance with MUSCLE MEN, HOOLIGANS indicate that he is a "LUMPEN PROLETARIAT". Subhas Chakraborty's word is not counted in CPIM. He tries to be highlighted always with some Gimcracks. He is an outright corrupt Comprador Bourgeois and Lumpen Proletariat.

THE CPIM HAS GIVEN THE MAXIMUM RESPECTABLE POSITION TO SOMNATH CHATTERJEE. THEY EVEN REFUSED TO BE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT, BUT AGREED TO CHATTERJEE TO BECOME SPEAKER OF LOK SABHA AGAINST THEIR WELL KNOWN POSITION OF NOT JOINING THE GOVERNMENT.
BUT CHATTERJEE DUE TO HIS CHEAP MINDSET REFUSES TO LEAVE THE CHAIR OF SPEAKER. AFTER ALL HE HAS BEEN ELECTED AS MP ON THE CPIM TICKET AND GIVEN THE SPEAKER'S POST IN THE NAME OF CPIM.
BUT HE STOOP TO SUCH A LEVEL, NO POLITICIAN IN INDIAN HISTORY HAS DONE AND WILL NOT DO. HE IS A SHAME AND HE IS DOING IMMENSE DAMAGE TO THE YOUNG POLITICIANS BY HIS ACTIONS.
CPIM SHOULD EXPEL HIM FORTHWITH IF HE REFUSES TO STEP DOWN FROM SPEAKERSHIP. HE IS NOT A LEADER WITH MASS BASE. HE IS GETTING ELECTED ONLY IN THE NAME OF CPIM AND HIS PERSONAL CHARISMA IS 'ZERO'.
IF HE IS EXPELLED NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO CPIM. BY HIS ACTIONS HE HAS PROVED THAT HE IS A LIABILITY FOR THAT PARTY AND NOT AN ASSET.

That is the problem of we Indians. If a moron does some anti-Hindi agitation doesn't mean that we should divide the country. This is the mentality we Indians should get rid off. That is what our enemies (China and Pakis) are waiting for - disintegrate India. We Hindus have to unite, North or South or West or East should think that we are all Indians and Hindus. If this doesn't happen, then SOME muslims and Christians will take our balls before we realize that it is gone.
