Kerala is still under developed only because of people like you. They all make big hue and cry against all countries except communist countries and some gulf countries. But when they want to send their kids or close relatives for education or for jobs, they will send them only to US, UK, Australia or Europe. They work only for MNC companies based out of these countries. I wonder where this guy (Suresh Menon) works? Must be working for some US company either directly or as a client. Man, if you are so interested in commnunism go and settle in China, North Korea or Cuba. Please let us live in peace in India.

bjp is against the nuclear deal in the present form with the clauses of HYDE act which the local american act .this could be altered at any time by USA and hence bjp wants to put an indian act also in the deal to pull the string.
in short bjp does not want india to surrender to bush.congress also does not want nuclear deal but due to the inflation, this nuclear deal comes to the rescue to save congress face and convince people like you.moreover this is the deal to get rid of communists before the election and make quick money by buying nuclear plants from american cos like general electric.
after the elections are over, both congress and communists join in common goal to keep bjp out of power. in short hindus like us are being fooled by this anti hindu forces whose aim is to
engage minority appeasement and conversion agenda and fool the people of india mainly hindus.

karat is correct to say congress is sinking ship
becouse they lost 9 states ruled by them before to bjp and karat was proud that all three states ruled by communists are not allowing bjp
to grow in their communists ruled states.true
but communists are more or less not touching the
sensitive issues of hinduva in kerala, bengal and
tripura.if they touch such sensitive issues against hindus, communists would be routed out in kerala first, west bengal second and tripura third.already bjp is having now good hold in kerala where communists are trying to intervine
in temple affairs and work against hindus.so this time bjp would increase its voting percentage from 8% last to 12-15% in next election to eleminate communist but will help congress to come to power.

by krishnaveni brahmandam on Jul 17, 2008 09:08 AM  Permalink

he speaker categorically says that he is above party. if so, why has he stated that he will not vote with the bjp? what justice can the bjp get from the speaker chair. i wonder also that it could be a joint strategy between the govt, the speaker and the left by raising the bogey of the bjp stand. this only reveals that the trust vote is only a sham.the govt will not lose.why should the left worry about what the bjp is going to do when it hates the party so much? if left is convinced that the nuclear deal is bad for the country, why should it worry about what te bjp stand is . they are trying to get out of a situation which they do not want to pursue.

No, he may not be a CIA agent, but he wants to enjoy the facilities, which are getting from the MM Singh Govt. till May 2009. After that he will not contest any election and he will retire from the politics also. This is in his mind and hence he is reluctant to resign from the post of speaker.

Nuclear Deal needs debate
by manoo kaushal on Jul 17, 2008 07:30 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Manmohan should have answered all questions regarding deal, instead he kept on avoiding the debate.
The most agonizing question that pricks my conscience is that .
If nuclear deal is so good why none of the developed countries went for this option for last 40 years instead the opted for other means to produce electricity ? and this include countries like Australia too
