Manmohan told,in general terms,that theirs is not one issue govt and that one issue now Naidu links to the N.deal.It is height of hycoricy when Naidu says that they are for strategic ties with US but opposed to the deal in its present form.On one hand he admits that N.Deal is a strategic deal,but is opposed just because of its form.If the form is to be changed,they coud have pin pointed and, in due consultation with experts, got the form transformed to suit best to our country .If there is any such anamalous thing,Dr Kalam who knows much better about necluer mtters,than any one in the country, would have certainly sounded the government.BJP is feeling guilty because it were they who originally initiated the deal and now they feel that, certainly ,nation asks about their double standards in opposing the same just for political reasons setting aside national interests about which they are in the habit of making loud sounds always.We can wake up a person sleeping,but can not wake up one pretending sleep.And BJP belongs to the latte

Cong did not oppose nuke tests as that was not discussed in parliament before testing. They were the first to test nukes infact. But after testing what Congress said is "we know that we have good nukes way back, but to reveal it to the World by testing was not wise, would have been better if it was kept secret."

Did BJP does anything radically good then to help India then? Did they even show a remedy to all those historical happenings? They have always been the opportunists. I dunno about Italian Congress party but Indian National Congress is working for the good of the Nation in it's present tenure in govt., and here in case of nuke deal, it's definitely for India's good.

The whole world is now standing for India to enter the nuke deal, people who are making India a laughing stock are BJP and Left walas.
And Nuke deal is not about nuclear weapons, it's about civilian nuclear energy. So, where does the Nuclear Weapon State status come in the middle.

In 1962, we had no international support, no new technology, we had US with their aircraft right under our butt. In case of kargil, we knew they were occupying on TV channels for six months. And when the war began not a stone on the Pakistani side was hurt what was bombed is Indian side. Congress tore off bangladesh from Pak, forgot that one. China invites Sonia, not PM or Prez for Beijing Olympics Tuesday July 15 2008 20:02 IST ANI NEW DELHI: China has extended an invitation to UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi to attend next month’s Olympic Games in Beijing.
The Games, which are to commence from August 8, will see 80 heads of state and government gracing it, and neither President Pratibha Devisingh Patil nor Prime Minister Dr, Manmohan Singh figure in that list.
Sonia Gandhi is unlikely to attend, and in all probability, the Minister for Sports, M S Gill, will represent the country at the Games.
Singh is expected to visit China for the ASEM Summit in October. This will be his second visit to China, the earlier one having taken place in January 2008.
