U do not seem to understand how important is this deal for India. Not only for having civilian nuclear co-operation with U.S but for having co-operation with other countries we need to sign this deal

This deal will break India's bone. The present form of deal is nothing but CTBT and NPT. Unless US-Allies declare India a nuclear state, the present form of deal will totally break India's bone. Then China and Pakis will also even be stronger than India in near future over India's Nuclear-self-reliance.

Is there any bone to nuclear India? All the plants are either shutting down due to lack of fuel or are running at less than 50% capacity. Any deal which brings in fuel is a good deal.

Nothing wrong in approaching IAEA. Its time saving... Anyway board of governors will meet only after the trust vote... Why not save time???? MMS may not win panchayat election is true... I still prefer him over Jaya,Maya,Mulayam,Sonia,Advani.....etc...

Last four years u commis back this so called anti people govt. Now when power issue comes it suddenly become antipeoples. U commis are against developement of India.
When UPA has to undergo a no-confidence motion, how PM can hurry to brief IAEA board. Does he not trying to benefit sikhs as it was in the last four years, the agenda of Khalistan was taken worldwide by sikhs. The Khalistan demand is surfacing during last four years. Minority appeasement started during his period.
The country is in danger under this sardar who is an Android. Democratically, he is not allowed to sign any treaty on India's behalf as he has not won any election. He is fool therefore has been selected by Sonia, the real PM is Sonia who otherwise cannot become PM because she legally became citizen of India in 1983.

Really callous remarks. People never look at the intention of the PM. People cannot understand Manmohan Singh supporting Khalistan movement. Please do not stretch things to this extent. Sonia Gandhi is cleared by election commission to become an MP. Any MP can become PM. So that citizenship issue doesn't arise and is not related actually to this issue. The issue as the speaker of LS told, need not have a vote or parliament approval for going ahead with international treaty. Like ADB loans, and any other international treaty, government need to make a statement in the parliament as I understand. Winning a Rajyasabha poll is as good as winning any other election. In that case president cannot sign anything, he is not directly elected.

the fine print reveals that the Agreement will pin India to a strict non-proliferation regime with stringent action in case of default. Additionally, while the text is specific about IAEA safeguards in perpetuity, it holds little assurance for India on fuel supply in perpetuity.
