N Deal
by Munis Guru on Jul 14, 2008 04:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

When the scientists and inteleectuals say the deal is good for India, why P Karat & Co refuse to see reason. The communism has failed all over, unfortunate our commies still having the notion that the USSR still exists. Only, the people can teach a lesson to commies. God save my India.

What is India specific?
by Kes Som on Jul 14, 2008 04:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

As has been pointed out by others including Arun Shourie, there is nothing "India specific" in the draft. It is the standard draft for non-nuclear states. It is therefore unclear what exactly was "hammered out" by Grover & Co, and how things could have possibly been worse.

Dollar bribes in Swiss Banks are now hammered out. That is the reason most of these people( scientists, ex-officers, journalists) are all barking in the same way.
