What else you could expect from this non-scense congress...I havnt seen such garbage bunch of people in entire world who wanted to bring killers to win the vote and than looting india another year.....Wake up Indians we are heading to dark era with this Sonia and Laloo kind a peoples
Though it is a trial of strength wherein all the members, till they are disqualified to be so by a court of law, are legally eligible to participate in voting,morality warrants that they should not for a simple reason that a govt winning majority is supposed to represent people because of their number represented by the members elected.And in the instant case,the convicted MPs lost that right to represent their people becuse of their guilt speaking their harmfulness to the society & people.It is high time that law/constitution is amended suitably barring such convicted MPs running a jail sentence on proven crime.It would still be better if their representation of the people of his/her constituency i.e membership in the parliament or assembly itself is revoked.
