The behaviour of the left parties reminds me of a person who has a big family to look after and has his only job as the source to feed it. However ,one day with a small dispute with his seniors,he quits the job for the sake of his so called principles. the family intially stands behind that person, praises him .however gradually starts criticising him as the funds influx goes on diminishing and this guy doesn't try out for another job but goes to public saying how he protected & safeguarded his principles not even caring his job and income. People ,on the face praise him and on his back criticise him. But this foolish guy is in his own world. Eventually his family starves, children starts begging, have to give up studies, valuesables in the house are to be sold..but this person is still enjoying the booze of kicking his job for sake of principles. The left party and especially Mr. Prakash karat is that adamant person in this story.

Yes, you are possibly right but what option the LEFT has got? If they would have supported the Nuclear Deal, then you will say Lefts are traitors.
You are right about options but wrong about motives.
The time was right to break free. Election camadarie would not work in their ruled states. Word has come of their campaign efforts.
They are frankly admitting they did not quit because of the nuclear deal but the lack of transparency (remember lies by Pranab)was the last straw on the people's back. Previous bushels were inflation, etc, etc. which the people are eating up.
I admire their political (not developmental) strategy which is better than the others. Isn't it all about politics.
But for lack of a better choice, they are the rung holders, stirrup standers and lash abusers. They cannot take anything further or initiate anything. They are traitors but they are doing all the correct things.
CPI = Care taker people of India CPM = Care taker people's mMovement
You are on right path, don't get disturbed Go ahead with "NO Confidance" against Congress who are after N-Deal to save their own SKIN & NOT TO SAVE HINDUSTAN.
There can be no common programmne bigger than National development. The Neuclear Deal will take india on road of progress. In last 30 years The Left Parties have destroyed WB due to their short sightedness. The left is only opening doors for their humiliation in next elections.

Now Congres purchases 1 MP for 25 crore in the same style as Narasamha Rao did. In 50 yeaes back , to topple first elected Communist Ministry of EMS, CIA and Congress offered per MLA 1 lakh rupees (now it is euqal to 2 crore).Congi recruited another 11 spokespersons. At press conferences, their head r bowing because they themselves knows they are paid servants by America. Congress thinks Nepal Raja would have saved if they have spokepersons. What to do Congress has broken its own leg. Sonia tells move front foot. I did not know Congress has broken 'back foot'.

Left have not destroyed WB, it was already destroyed by 1977. That was the reason the LEFT came into power in 1977.
Instead left going for nation wide campaign against nuclear deal, UPA should go to people telling them the importance of deal for our country in long term.

MMS budhu was not ready to good works for poor people.
Congress has to collect atleast 500 MPs to get good sleep in coming days. Sonia should understand Left was good ally.
Notorious Karunakaran reached in Delhi to purchase MPs from various parties and sources. K'ran is become notorious with sale and purchase for Narasimha Rao. Power and money hunger individuals are running for it.

Unless the LEFT supports Congress West Bengal-Tripura will not get any money for development. That is the reason they have to support Congress. There is no other way. But I hope MM Singh would retire to USa by then.

Tax Payers do not pay for any political campaign. So Dno't complain, when only a few days ago MM Singh wasted millions and millions of Rupees of tax payers money by going to Japan with 200 of his assistants.
If there is an election free from money and muscle power, the Communist will come in power. It is evident from JNU Union election where money & muscile power does not play.

I am not a congress supporter. Every party is same. All are opportunists and want to retain the power. The left was sleeping with Congress for last 4 years and complaining now. After next election again they will support Congress. Because there is no other option. Every political party using money and muscle power to win the elections ..left is not an exception. The CPM is one of the cash and asset rich party in India than many other political parties. Do you think that it is from the '' Bucket Collection''. Definitely the same has been collected from the businessmen like Faris Abubaker, Santiago Martin etc....
All the polical parties are corrupt, but the left is corporatising the same in the name of Party fund.
