We have not taken a corrective measure to govern J&K as per desires of Indian people in the last 60 years. Even the relatives of soldiersn killed cannot settle in J&K, whereas in POK, Pak has shifted more than 2 millions Punjabi Muslims.Even today, people in Kashmir does not feel pride that they live in India, what a shame.

I think you are right. If we take similar action like what we did in case of Punjab terrorism, Kashmir problem can be solved in no time. One more operation is required. But which politician has the guts?
For the first ever time, I find some high profile person speaking so openly and from the heart. An excellent article in rediff. So this is secularism. A person who held the highest post has stated in clear terms about the terrorist appeasement and terror-encouragement by a senior politician like Mufti Mohammad - Can the government at Centre take any action? Or atleast file a criminal case against that rogue politician? Or would rediff block this message as abuse???

Who should be killed? Do you mean Mufti Mohammad Sayeed for his terrorist appeasement or the Lt.Gen.S.K. Sinhaji who is exposing the truth to the public? Or did you anywhere see a comment by the opponents of land allotment saying something like eco-protection instead of opposing for the sake of separatist reasons?

you should also add that pandits were cleansed from srinagar keeping in mind the eco-system as they were turning out to be heavy burden on the eco-system...isn't it?..wont it be nice if kashmir becomes a no-man's land to help eco-system further?

avoid visiting kashmir at least 2 years, let the tourism industry stumble down there, teach them lesson, better go to our noth east states. then they will understand that there livelyhood depends on other indian states.

That will never happen. The pseudo Secular Centre would give away thousands of crores for free to protect the separatist terrorist elements and their families. Your Tax money would be diverted there without any benefit in return!
The cat is out of the bag. Mufti's daughter was not kidnapped. It was a stage managed show. Mufi allowed terrorists to kidnap or in other words to take her to some other secret location with her consent so that militants release could be secured. he is anti national who colluded with terrorists. One can recall the incident during VP singh period. The mehbbob daughter of mufti was kidnapped(??) by the teorrirists and they demanded to release the azhar mahmmod later he was the brain of kandhahar hijack!

Senthil is right up to some extent. It was "Rubiya sayed" and sister of "mahbooba sayed" who was kidnapped and they released hardcore militants. And now it's an open secret that Mufti mohammad sayed was "hand-in-glove" with terrorists and this kidnap drama was satged.

Senthil is very much clear and correct; shocking revelations by Lt.Gen.Sinha is very clearly pointing to the politician terrorist nexus in Kashmir. She was neither a kid nor somebody napped her. It was just that they wanted to show their political strength by getting terrorists released in her name. And you think VP Singh is not aware of the nexus?
PDP controlled by Muft Mohammed Syed has no doubt a sinister agenda to get muslim votes. He got his daughter's released at extreme high cost by releasing high-ranking hardliner mujahideens yet he and that very daughter herself have no sence of gratitude to Govt of India. Sometimes back he talked about Pakistan Currency to be allowed in Kashmir. I wonder when people of Kashmir will wake up and rise to decide their true leaders. As human being what was wrong in erecting prefabricated toilets and shelters. Infact these would have helped environment to be neat and clean. Congress is the real victim to these follies and conspiracy.

The real leaders will come forward the day delhi stops forcing leaders like farooq abdallah, Mufti,azad and Mehbooba on the kashmiris. There was no trouble in kashmir before the rigged 1990 elections when the bosses in delhi made sure their man farooq won at any cost and the price paid is there for you to see.
