Its a self inflicted injury and a striking case of foreign and internal policy failure formulated half hertedly and carried out without conviction or consistency.The problem has been allowed to drift away by following a weak and incoherent policy like the rest. Its not going to be easy to find a solution which is acceptable to all concerned while addressing our security concerns as well.A division of J&K is inevitable while fulfilling the security needs of India. Unlike in the past our defence forces need to be consulted on this issue.
