This is a fact of open complicity of Pakistan.Earlier statements used to be like we know who has done it and so on. For a change, NSA has talked of Specific Pakistan and we should pay in the same coin. While there may not be any answer to this, I can suggest the fact that there are many Srilankans who are unemployed and who will be too pleasing to carry out the suicide attack. Money is no criterion. The fact that a non-muslim has hit a target in a Muslim country like pakistan would give the greatest satisfaction to the Indians. Can this be reached to the concerned officials.
