Very strange
by Calspadeaspade on Jul 12, 2008 09:20 PM  Permalink

Why are parents prime suspect when their kids are found murdered. This case is similar to the in USA. Murder of a very young girl of age 6 years Jon Bennet Ramsey. The child was murderd in the most gruesome manner. The parents were the suspects. They were rich. Rich parents are vulnerable to such suspicion. It took 15 years to prove they were innocent. Stll the murderer was not caught. Police and media make up cases against the rich because it sells.

by drax on Jul 12, 2008 09:12 PM  Permalink

Even the media should be sued for being the jury and defacto judge in the case.

The CBI should be sued too they also had no business detaining D. Talwar for nearly 2 months.
How can the authorties detain innocent people for such a long time.

Because the norm is that you are innocent till proven guilty. Neither the police nor the CBI could find any evidence against him.

SO whats makes you feel that he is gulity ? - or do u just enjoy sensational stories at the expense of others.

I wish God give these two families a lot of courage to face a task no ordinary human being can ever live with.
They have lost a beautiful daughter, the only child they had,in her pre youth, regained their lost honour, then a friendship and mutual trust of years of friendship in the two families.
I wish them all the strength to face.Keep the hopes alives and wot has happened is done with.

Sue UP police
by aandhi on Jul 12, 2008 08:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Yes, for the first time some minister has spoken sense.
Police officer who addressed media made those sensational (though complete lies)revelations against Dr. Talwar should have been shown door by now. It was simply the incompetence of the officer and his force which made him to bark without having any base. The greedy media with a veiw on TRP had no eyes for the couple who had lost their only child.

Initially all of us believed U.P. Police and blamed Talwar and now we are believing CBI and blaming UP police but not praising CBI. All the policemen are one and same. It all depends how they are instructed to deal with the subject. Just because Mayawathi is not supporting UPA the Minister is blaming UP Government and also suggesting Mr.Talwar to sue the Government for damages. If otherwise what she would have done? I don't think she would have made any statement about this issue. Have we ever heard in the post independance era that a Government paying damages to the Citizen of this Country for their faults? The whole budget of this governments will get vanished for their one day mistakes they commit. Politicians have three tounges and as the situation demands the number gets increased. This is a very sorry state of affairs in our Country. I don't think this is possible in any other country in the world. Let us all pray for the welfare of Dr.Talwar's family and May God give them Physical and Mental strength to overcome the situation.

Nobody believed UP police once Hemraj's body was found and the terrible way the investigations were conducted thereafter. CBI has got the clear motives revealed. It is need of the hour to make government agencies responsible for what they do. Otherwise citizens will keep suffering in absence of any accountability. They should be definitely be sued for all kinds of baseless stories that they presented as facts. Same should be applied for all public departments for neglect, delays etc
