I can easily understand a father's feeling for his daughter. His mistake was to allow the servant to live inside the apartment house. In the TV they were all looking like row houses. A servant living inside generally a maid servant, opening the door for outsiders, either for her lover,strangers etc., is very well known and led to the crimes we all know.
He should never have allowed the servant to live inside. It seems that the compunder Krishna (the killer according CBI) was working with Dr.Talwar for the last 5 years and so is the servant Hemaraj who seems to be cook-cum-servant. And Talwar family seems to be not a very rich family or very affluent family but only an upper middle class family, earning their living by a profession. I heard one friend telling me that he could not hear when relatives came and were beating the door bell,and finally they returned because he had switched on the AC of bedroom and he was sleeping with his wife. Both of them could not hear.They say that is possible that you may not hear noise in the hall when you sleep in the bed room with window AC switched on.
Mr.Talwar would repent for his life and we all should learn a lesson from his mistake. Never allow woman servant or man servant inside the house. They open the door for outsiders either with prior appointment or out of ignorance. Always have dogs like GSD or Doberman which are far loyal than any human being. Locking the door of the children is not possible many times.
He is a failed father; not protecting his child in his own house. Very soon he will be a failed dentist. Whether Noida police framed him or not " a sleeping father and mother" will continue to be an eyseore for the hurt society.

Why are parents prime suspect when their kids are found murdered. This case is similar to the in USA. Murder of a very young girl of age 6 years Jon Bennet Ramsey. The child was murderd in the most gruesome manner. The parents were the suspects. They were rich. Rich parents are vulnerable to such suspicion. It took 15 years to prove they were innocent. Stll the murderer was not caught. Police and media make up cases against the rich because it sells.
i dont know u and i dont understand y on the hell did he lie to begin with. And regarding the media i dont think media or even user had even cared if it was some other girl from a small town. i mean i am not being hypocritical but including me i.e. news channel provide us what we want.

We can not blame Nepalis...but the same crimes are done by indian maid as well. You can not read persons mind ..here the liquor part was also involved ..and you know in some people Alcohol bring hyper activity ,,,i have seen some cases where few drops of Alcohol and person is totally different. 2nd ..it has also been seen that there ia a tendancy in affluent class to have maid or servant with good personality..nepalis are preferred for the same reason..Our affluent class is actually a cheap class of india and then they cry foul play by servants.

your mind and perception seems dirty. u must be short of literate with illieterate approach. how can you blame entire nation for a couple of incedents. a lot of people those from UP/BIHAR made cirme in maharashtra. is it right to blame all baiyas and kick out all baiyas from maharashtra? i say know. but bunch of people are in mumbai who really wants to kick out all the UP/Bihari baiyas. suppose if you are in mumbai and bymistake i say you are innocent and mumbaiker kicks you and your family without reason from mumbai how would you feel that time. before commneting to any region and community brush and wash out your dirty perception and mind.

What makes you think, you idiot, that an entire nation can be blamed for a murder or two or even a hundred. Not all are Nepalis. Do you know how most (more than the number of 'criminal' nepalis) treat their servants. They pay them wages way below the minimum, make them sleep under the staircase and they don't get holidays like weekends. They are also thrown out of a job if they go home on chutti. The same conditions for the call centre jerks or anyone in the middle class and the jerks on this forum would stand up and rant !!

My heart felt sympathy for the father and family who have lost their only child in most gruesome murder and to add salt to injury incompetent police, morally and ethically bankrupt media, sensational news hungry pervert public framed father in the murder most foul. They made criminals torch bearer and the voice victim was lost in wilderness. Indian law protection authority, media and public need lot of introspection.

Now I know what is the root cause of Naxalism. State sponsored terrorism. When the wings of the state fail, in its duties, and oppresses the common man, he raises the banner of revolt. If such a thing can happen to a well off educated doctor, just imagine the plight of innocent poor people who get trapped inbetween the judicial and police processes, caught in some case, or sometimes even no case.
